At the check-out with various other items I was told that the item was 24.99. This was not the price clearly listed on the tag. I explained this and had the manager look at the tag, the manger (Rhonda) stated that they "should" have put a 4 in the price and refused to honor the ticket price shown. She laughed at me when I said I would like to take a picture of the tag to attach to my email that was being sent to corporate! Well, this is when I experience the poor customer service management. He ignored her and the sales rep since they kept going to him for help. 15 mintutes go by and nothing. What is he doing? I respectfully said "wow does he always do this? Or it just happens to be that I'm the lucky one that's gets this type of service?
