I stopped in after placing an online order that had an item shipped with the security tag still on it. The customer service rep I messaged after receiving the product suggested going to a store in person or getting a refund and returning the item through mail and trying to order a new one (which may have been delivered with a security tag as well). At this point I didn't trust shipping or that the item would still be available if I went to reorder so I went in person. The staff were friendly and the process of getting the tag off was super quick. We ended up staying to shop a little and I tried on some sweaters and pants. The staff were really friendly and helpful through the process. I ended up getting two new sweaters that were 40% off plus I had some rewards to use as well. I feel like everything I've purchased here has been good quality, comfortable and a great value when they have specials going on. read more

Great plavce for women's clothing . I get most my wifes essentials. She loves this place read more

Was so easy to pop into this Lane Bryant to site to store pick up (free!) It's located in a strip mall and had plenty of parking. The store is pretty big and well laid out. COVID is not the time to be right next to someone!! It was empty except for two girls working. I told them my name for the pickup and that's all they needed. I looked over the well displayed and organized clothes while they searched for my order. It was quite quick! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. There is a sales rack in the back if you're a deals gal- but also a "last chance" rack near the front with items at their cheapest price. Get cute, quality, curvy clothes for a deal! read more

Lane Bryant - Women's Clothing Near Me - Sacramento, California

This was my first time trying this store that my friend recommended. This was the first time in a very long time that I didn't feel like a cow while clothes shopping. I loved seeing all the plus size models pictured. Usually I can't find undergarments in my size, and if I do I only have 1-2 options... here there was a ton of my size and fashionable as well. Christina greeted me right away and learned my name which she used the whole time, she helped with sizing and fit, and said goodbye when I left. The person whom checked me out gave let me use a coupon they had even though I didn't come prepared. Great personable customer service! I've joined their mailing list and will be returning in the future read more

Good quality and selection of flattering clothes. Best of all are the staff members. They were all positive, upbeat and, best of all, helpful without being pushy. read more

Had the right stockings in my size & color. Macy's and Nordstrom did not. Had to drive 40 min to get to their store nearest me to get something as basic as plus size hosiery. But it was worth the effort. read more

When you arent a size sub-zero, and you still want cool clothes, where do you shop? Lane Bryant! After all, we need to keep our curves looking stylish, don't we?! Lane Bryant has been in business for literally over 50 years, so they know clothes. They carry current fashion that not only fits well, but will look great on most shapes. A little known secret, their sizes start at 12. The clothes are always arranged by use. Looking for some workout attire? Its all in one place in the store! the same with business, casual, or dressy. It makes shopping SO much easier. Its really nice to be able to go into a store, looking for that last minute outfit, and find exactly what I'm looking for. Or, even when I have the time, and like to shop the store, the dressing rooms, are comfy! There are plenty of hooks, a nice bench to sit on if need be, and a full length mirror with good lighting. While you're trying on clothes, the sales people in most of the stores, are usually happy to bring you a different size, and even suggest clothes if you need/want the help. I have found that most of this chains locations, have great employees that are dedicated to helping you look your best! This particular location is always a toss up with their staff. I have either had great customer service, or really bad customer service. I tend to shop this location, as its close to where I work, and I can do a quick lunch time run through without getting into too much trouble financially. The three stars rating is mostly for the customer service for this location. The brand/store is a full on 4+ Cool things about shopping here- if they are out of your size, they can order it online and have it delivered to either your home, or the store. I have found that while they charge for home delivery, occasionally they will wave the shipping fee. If you prefer to shop at home online, you can have the items delivered to the store at no charge as well. I will say that they are super cautious about pickup though. They want you to being in your ID, the email that alerted you to the delivery, and will verify your order. Sounds like a pain, huh? The brightside is that you will get your order! I have found that their clothes tend to fit better, last longer through tons of wash cycles, and are fashionable. They have a great selection of lingerie, bed clothes, workout attire (that is actually functional) and even accessories! They also tend to have an ongoing clearance section where you will find some great deals. Totally worth checking out! If you sign up in the store or online, there are always great coupons, and every so often Lane Bryant " bucks" The bucks let you come back a few days later, and save more money WIN- WIN!! Great clothes, plenty of parking, and even good customer service. read more

The staff here are always super friendly and helpful! Not many stores that I know of if you exchange a item and they don't have the size your looking for the will ship it free to your house! read more

Neighborhood location, friendly and courteous staff. My daughter is visiting me and needed new intimates, she able to find just what she needed. I have been to this location several times and every visit has been great. read more

I shop this location fairly often. On my last shopping trip, Mary helped me. Extremely accommodating, personable and helpful. While I shopped, Mary made recommendations, we talked about past styles and fashions that Lane Bryant no longer carries (grrrrr), new styles, fabrics, and what I hoped to see in the fall collection. Being in sales and service myself, I watched Mary artfully "work the room," while also checking on me here and there. As customers walked in, Mary would greet them, ask if they needed assistance, and continue servicing the store. I had to stop and tell her that I appreciated her service oriented approach, being in sales myself. I always find amazing deals at Lane Bryant and overall great quality that lasts. Will definitely continue to shop this location, and hope Mary is on the schedule when I return. Thanks again, Mary! P.S. Lane Bryant, please bring back professional length denim skirts and more denim jackets thanks! read more

I needed bras and panties badly! I was due before Covid hit, and then it got delayed even longer!! It was a drive to get here, but worth it. Christine saw me lost in the bra section and helped me to narrow down the size and type I needed, bringing them to me in the dressing room. Very helpful, glad I came here! read more

My finds are hit and miss. Sometimes I go and find tons of items, other times not so much. BUT the service is always great! I especially enjoy working with Ashley. She's super cool and helpful! And they usually have some sort of coupon or sale going on, so I get a pretty good deal. read more

Love this store. First time I had been to the Natomas store. Wonderful service, the ladies were there when you needed them and very helpful, and they also were not invasive when you were trying on clothes. The store was fairly busy at the time I was there but no long waits for service. They had a nice selection of bras and tanks. I was able to order colors I wanted that weren't in store and have them sent to my home. I read the review for this Lane Bryant on Yelp before driving over. I drove 10 miles out of my way to go to this story and am delighted I did. I highly recommend this Lane Bryant over the others in the Sacramento area, well worth a journey out of your way. read more

Best customer service at this location. Having had bad experiences in the past now makes me appreciate these ladies so much more. My experience could be because I'm a frequent flyer, but they are just the great. They always know the best deals and give me tips and reminders on how to take advantage of double point promotions. They do their best to help me max out my coupons too, which I love because I'm a coupon-er. Never an issue when requesting a stock check or making a return using my LB card. If I had to find something bad to say, it would be that the selection isn't as big as the Arden location, but they are happy to help me order online, so it's really a non-issue. Oh! and they have great finds. Just today found a leather pair of pumps retailed for $109, but they rang up for $9.98! And yes! I still used a coupon! Love my Natomas ladies. read more

Love this Natomas store! I would have never shopped her except that it's close to my stylist and workout place! I went in Saturday in desperate need for a couple of outfits and thankfully Ashley stepped in and helped me find two outfits for two important events. I am so glad they are here in natomas, because truthfully I would have never tried them at the mall. Now I would, but prior to going to this Natomas store I prob would have not. Again very thankful for Ashley and some help from Mary in motivating me and helping find some great outfits! Hoping to go back soon and grab a few more pieces. read more

Love this store!!!!The staff is so awesome and friendly. Always willing to help and definitely making sure you feel good when you walk out.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Natomas LB, the manager was just delightful, helpful, and overall sweet lady! I'm thankful for this store being in my neighborhood. They always offer current trendy styles and selections. I appreciate the great customer service. read more

Having a great sale. Dia was very helpful. They didn't have the pants I wanted and she was able to find me a comparable if not better pair. All the ladies were so nice too. Love coming here and avoiding mall chaos. read more

This is my favorite lane Bryant to go too!!!! Best customer service around they always go above and beyond for me when I come in here and help me the whole way through with picking out clothes and bras.... love the location and how I don't have to walk into a huge mall just to shop read more

I recently had to buy a pair of jeans for my wife. I handed her instructions to an associate who was more than helpful. She found the right jeans (there are so many of them!), and the right size. I was pleased. MY wife was pleased. read more

I love this store. I was shopping at Arden but the staff there seems to be in a foul mood each time I went. I switched to the Natomas store after horrible cutomer service at Arden and was so thrilled to walk into a store that actually helped and was friendly. My new go to store. read more

I am giving this Lane Bryant five stars for the customer service - every person that has helped me has always had a smile on their face and been extremely attentive and helpful. I have not had a negative experience shopping here. The only true con I would have for this store is that they are smaller than the Arden store and therefore do not carry the same retail... i.e. Seven. It is also sometimes difficult to find the smaller sizes and I prefer to try what I purchase on versus ordering it online, which they can do for you in the store if you don't mind the wait or knowing how it will "really" look (with free shipping). It also seems that Arden gets the newest stuff first, but waiting to shop at my local store is worth it - especially since I have never received this type of customer service at Arden! read more

I received really good customer service from Teresa today. Obviously they hired correctly when they hired her. Teresa's interaction with me and the other customers was so natural and didn't feel forced, so it made my shopping experience all the better! Made it much more pleasant to spend my hard earned money. ;-) read more

Terrible customer service. They only had one lady working the floor on a busy Saturday. After finally getting a dressing room, I needed another size so I left my door open a crack to get the other size and the lady closed and locked it. It took 15 minutes to get back into my room because she was helping other customers who came in after me. My purse was in the room so I couldn't leave. I had planned on purchasing many items but didn't because of the service. Save yourself some time and frustration and go to the Lane Bryant in the mall. Much better service! read more

Chenoa and Liz were super super helpful and so nice!! They help me find jeans that fit perfect and when your shopping alone it's always nice to get a "girlfriends" opinion and these lady's were great!!! I would definitely shop at this location again!! read more

Great location. Customer service was excellent in helping me get new work clothes for a new position. Total life saver in a time crunch.

My all time favorite store to shop at for my clothes and Bras so convenient and close to home hate going to the mall and dealing with all the people love this location. Went tonight to order some boots online and Cheryl and Ashely were so much help and has the best customer service I have had anywhere in a long time!!!!!! Shopped the clearance and bought a few new cardagins for a very good price :) I would recommend lane Bryant to everyone that loves good brand clothes and this location is easy to find and so helpful read more

I returned items from an online order to this store, then changed my mind two days later and returned a few more items from the same online order to another LB store in Sacramento. Turns out there was a mix up with what was returned on the first round. The order was placed on my LB credit card. I have copies of all my receipts, even though I have mailed them in as proof that I have returned all my items, LB has failed to provide me a refund. It's been frustrating to say to the least. I've shopped at LB for years and I'm disappointed in the experience of this. read more

This place is the reason why I open a Yelp acct. , by best customer service I have receive in a long time. I was shopping with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. They felt I was in a hurry to get in and out. Being that my kids were acting a lil crazy. But the ladies reassure me they where fine, and they actually keep them entertain, making my kids feel welcome. Thank you ladies so much. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service!!! Came in for the first time and was helped by Hannah. She helped me find the best fitting bra and cared about my comfort and the fit more than I, myself. Liz & Desiree (not sure about the spelling) perfect costumer service! Super helpful! Nice & clean store! Every time I have visited the store, the employees are always nice. HOWEVER, I've tried on 3 different days this week alone, to call and ask if a package has arrived, and each time is MISERABLE! The first time they always put you on hold, and for over 15 minutes! Once I hit the 20 min mark I hang up, and call again. The first day on calls 2 and 3 I was immediately hung up on, and then 4-5 they didn't pick up at all. 2 days later. Same thing. They didn't even ask if they can put me on hold, they just did. Right this minute, I am on hold yet again, for 11 minutes and 47 seconds. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Again, wasn't asked if I would wait on hold, just told I was being put on hold. Tuesday I ended up going to the store to see if my item had arrived, and I saw them do the same thing to a customer while they were ringing me up. SO frustrating. Of course, my online order is coming in 3 packages, and I will never send it to this store again. Seriously, just answer the phone. read more

I'm not sure if the employees now are new or not... But my mother and I received unpleasant and rude customer service from two particular ladies. They openly judge us for returning a shirt that was $5 ?? It should not matter! We got the shirt online and it was clearance.. However, the shirt was not attractive on and decided to return it and look for something else.. I did not appreciate their criticism and will not be going back to this location as long as the two rude associates still work there! read more

I ordered 2 bras online with 3 day shipping with a confirmation email showing that's what I ordered. My address I put was a PO box. They called me the next day and verified my address. That fallowing next day I received a call from a different person saying they cant deliver to my PO box because of UPS 3day shipping. I gave them my Address and they said they would ship it out . I got my confirmation email for my order and they were mailing me 1 bra ,not my size, 4-8 day shipping. When I called to let them know they were sending me the wrong order, the person on the other line said that's what I ordered and said a manager will call me....3days later I had yet to get a call. I called again and the person I spoke with said again that's what I ordered and a manager will call me back. I never received a call, I had to call back again and fight with the customer service person to get a manager on the phone. After her telling me that's what I ordered and I was wrong and she wasn't going to put me threw unless I tell her everything that is going on she put me on hold to get a manager and after waiting she came back and said a manager will call me back. I demanded to wait and talk to a manager and she put me on hold again and I finally, after 2weeks, got a manager on the phone which she refunded my order. After 2 weeks that's all I wanted. I will never shop online or in-store again. The worst 2 weeks of customer service I have ever experienced . Never again!!!! read more
