We're not 21 nor do I want to go backwards. I recently found a steal on a new pair of supportive shoes for work here that are a fraction of what I usually pay for at Scheels. They should be delivered within the week so I'll have to pop in for an update since my Yelp friend reported back for a poor online experience. I updated my Arizona Birks and I found the cutest pair of wedge sandals for my Summer dresses. I hadn't been here since I was in high-school looking for JA shoes and I'm glad I opened an email with a promo. I got a deal on all three pairs that I went back online and bought more shoes. I chose to pickup in store since I had to take care of some business at a bank nearby. The overall experience was okay. Both ladies working the counter were just okay. Neither were very welcoming, but not completely rude. I may opt out for an online experience to avoid these unnecessary encounters. The Deals are great. Sign up for their notifications. I still recommend checking it out but I find myself only going now for something specific and sometimes find it sometimes don't.

That said, if you're looking for a hard to find grail and money isn't an issue, he might have just have what you're looking for.

I just happened to be wearing the pair of shoes I bought on my last visit. They actually had one pair left in my size again! Sold. See picture. If they had more in my size, I would have bought more. Ambiance - Decent size location. Small men's section, especially in comparison to the women's, which is normal for most businesses. Open 6 days a week from 10am to 6pm, closed on Sundays. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Good, inviting, etc. Nice couple. They even laughed at my dumb jokes, lol. Price - $82, still a GREAT deal for this brand! Even though my last visit was $25 less expensive. :) Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2005; I am a regular customer. :)

We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. Service - The team is so welcoming and friendly. This is the #1 reason we are loyal customers. Events available - See website. Again, my first but NOT last time that I will attend an event. We will probably come back Sunday for the Mt Rose Passholder Spring Sale. Price - Expensive, but worth the quality, service, and culture. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And thank you for also giving 1% to not-for-profit workers "to defend the earth." And having programs that raise awareness of environmental and social issues. My favorite program is Worn Wear. Woven Loafer - Finally found one I liked at Dillards, except for the color. There were NO woven loafers here at all. Just ordered 4 shoes from DSW, as they sell the same/similar brands for less. Will update if needed. They also have a slightly larger online selection. Atmosphere - Good size, clean organized. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm and until 6pm on Sundays and Mondays. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self service. Price - Reasonable. Birkenstocks have price control, so it almost doesn't matter where you buy them from. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1960, starting as Neils Factory Shoe Outlet, and to your parent company Caleres Inc.'s success for the last 130 years.

If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance).
