Lisa acted as a special assistant to my cousin and was super patient, caring and above all professional. Everywhere you look you find Gryffindor or Slytherin stuff but never Hufflepuff and rarely Ravenclaw. I was so pumped. I am always shocked at the prices however- $50 for the sweater I was dying to have. Maybe next time dear sweater, maybe next time. I am a enamel pin collector so I always stop at the displays that are chalked full with them since they are trendy right now. There are lots of places to get enamel pins now but I do always stop to look because they tend to have pop culture ones. If you ever cant find what you're looking for you can always go online or to their sister store Box Lunch (there arent any locally but there is an online store. Closest one I think in South Bend Indiana) Hot Topic has changed a bit since I was in high school and I was neck deep in the emo/goth culture but I still enjoy stopping. She looked at us a couple of times but opted, instead, to shelve shoes. When she turned her back on us and started walking away, I called out to get her attention twice. I ended raising my voice, "Excuse me." Only then, did she come to make the sale, unsmiling and curt. I won't go back.

I went in to look for cute cheap clothes at this location. Which I actually did find over fifty…read moredollars worth of great clothes. My mother helped me with picking them out. As she left to the car, right in my face two workers began to speak disrespectfully about her. Saying "I don't know why she was in here in the first place. She looks like she didn't have money." Then laughed. Little did they know, her daughter was standing right there in front of them. I took all the items I had and called one them over thrusting them into her hands. Letting her know "that women who just left outta here is my mother. She would rather give her money to her daughter, so she could get clothes. Just because she choose not to dress up and shop doesn't mean she didn't have money." The worker looked stunned and smiled nervously telling the other worker, that lady is my mother. Workers bluntly and so blatantly speaking down to customers. This place is not worth shopping at. Also tried to contact corporate about this situation. They more are less are trying to ignore that it happened.
