I now have to repay Medicare that amount of money because of beautifully unique in aptitude. . Now I am being ghosted. I would not recommend purchasing anything from these people ever again. I trusted them. That was my mistake obviously. They have not come back to me telling me how they intend to rectify this. Can you tell I'm upset? I was told that they would be done by the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024. I called several times in December of 2023 and then in early January 2024 to get an update, but no one answered or returned my calls. When I finally was able to get ahold of someone, I was told that they did not see my order and had to talk with the owner, and I would get a call back. After months of continuous phone calls, I learned that my order was never placed. My insurance changed at the beginning of 2024 and now Beautifully Unique is out of network. I am now being told that because my new insurance is out of network, I will now be responsible for payment (which is the equivalent of thousands of dollars), and they can no longer help me. This is very frustrating because it is now August of 2024, and I have been getting the runaround for almost 9mo. Her poor business management is going to cost me thousands of dollars and countless hours of making phone calls and time now driving to a different city to find services. The owner of this business will NEVER know how much her careless neglect to do her job has costed me. Given what I have gone through since walking into their office back in October of 2023, I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. It wasn't enough of a traumatic event to have both of my breasts removed to prevent cancer but to then be treated with such disrespect and callous deception by the only place within 60 miles that does what she does....Shame on her!!

They measured me, asked some questions and figured out my preferences for bra styles and had me try one on in the size I was measured at. After getting it on the lady asked if I wanted her to take a look to make sure it fit properly so I agreed. She helped me adjust the back to where it should be and pulled on the back and sides and asked if it felt too tight. I said it was tight but comfortable. She said it fit right. I was shocked. No gapping no overflowing no digging in of the wire. And the bonus part for me is even in their bigger sizes beyond a DDD they have fun cute patterns and colors where some places end up just having neutral colors. Also at this time they had a buy one cotton get one half off and then offered to sign you up for alerts for coupons. Also asked if I wanted to get a credit card since I would get $20.00 and with the points it builds up you get coupons AMD those coupons can be used with current specials and other coupons. This is my first time to shop at any Lee & Birch store. The Texas Township store is bright and well organized. The clothing is well displayed and they have a well stocked store with sweaters, jeans, and tops & blouses I was looking for a dress, but didn't find one that fit my style. Besides clothing, they also carry Sorel boots, coats, hats, lingerie, and a great variety of jewelry and accessories. I did in fact find a really cute ring that I just love. The sales staff is very friendly. They checked on me but were not overbearing or pushy. I signed up for their rewards program and plan on attending their November 16 Dress Up event, which will feature Pink Lemonade, Lee & Birch and Tulips Little Pop Up Shop. She had me fill out a packet and took copies of my insurance cards. She was very thorough with her job, as she made sure she had everything in order. She then told me about the different products that they carried and showed me several different things. I was so happy that someone was able to answer all of my questions that I had and then some. She measured me, and then went and found bras in my size. They fit the very first time, and I was highly impressed. I was able to take all of my products with me that day as well as my breast prosthesis. I am a 15 year cancer survivor and I am so happy I found a place like this. I highly recommend anyone in need of mastectomy items to go to Mastec.
