This is my first time to shop at any Lee & Birch store. The Texas Township store is bright and well organized. The clothing is well displayed and they have a well stocked store with sweaters, jeans, and tops & blouses I was looking for a dress, but didn't find one that fit my style. Besides clothing, they also carry Sorel boots, coats, hats, lingerie, and a great variety of jewelry and accessories. I did in fact find a really cute ring that I just love. The sales staff is very friendly. They checked on me but were not overbearing or pushy. I signed up for their rewards program and plan on attending their November 16 Dress Up event, which will feature Pink Lemonade, Lee & Birch and Tulips Little Pop Up Shop. I'm looking forward to shopping again at Lee & Birch. It's my type of store.

Kim answered the phone very politely and was able to get me in the same day and time I requested. On the day of my appointment Kim greeted me and walked me into the fitting room. She had me fill out a packet and took copies of my insurance cards. She was very thorough with her job, as she made sure she had everything in order. She then told me about the different products that they carried and showed me several different things. I was so happy that someone was able to answer all of my questions that I had and then some. She measured me, and then went and found bras in my size. They fit the very first time, and I was highly impressed. I was able to take all of my products with me that day as well as my breast prosthesis. I am a 15 year cancer survivor and I am so happy I found a place like this. I highly recommend anyone in need of mastectomy items to go to Mastec.
