I have recently had the COVID-19 test done via the good graces of Advanced Pharmacy and was pleased with both the efficiency and kindness of those conducted the test; the care taken and the timeliness of the receiving the (good) results. I am not surprised at this good efficiency for I have been a client of Arun's Advanced Health Pharmacy for some years (perhaps 8 or more) and always the staff has been wonderful, the information I request had been well attended to and in general all have been helpful above and beyond what is usually expected anywhere else. I read another review about success meaning longer waits... perhaps so for awhile, but barely at all and one is always treated with great courtesy as well as responding with pharmaceutical knowledge. Best place around for a Covid test!!!! I filled out a quick questionnaire online, texted my insurance card, and set up an appt..all within 5 mins. No telehealth appt, no urgent care visit, amazing. The staff comes to your car and takes u through each step of doing the swab yourself and it's by the book. I am a Nurse and have done swabs on many patients and can tell you they are doing this right. They were very reassuring, calming and I didn't need to be as nervous as I was when I first got there. Top Notch! I loved the professional, polite and courteous service I received. It was a quick painless process. The nurses were lovely and I truly enjoyed listening to them as they talked to the young patient that was going to have a test (in front of me) - made him confident and comfortable as they explained everything they were going to do. This is a super easy process. Making an appointment online WWA easy and they communicated very well. I knew exactly where to go and when to be there. Once There I was serviced quickly and On my way with minimal contact with staff or The public. I had my results within 24 hours although they state 48-72 hours. Advanced Pharmacy has done a great job not only in processing PCR tests quickly, but also in alerting the patient to the results. I received my results approximately 18 hours after my test (amazing!) and was notified by email, text and a phone call! I'll certainly use this service again!! I get my pet CBD here. It has done wonders. We have noticed it really helps with pain after too-long walks on bad hind legs. Before the CBD there would be a lot of whining and whimpering and refusing to get up. Arun, Denise, Joe and the whole team are really great at helping me when I have questions. Exceptional pharmacy and staff! VERY friendly and helpful; I cannot praise them enough. I appreciate the option for curbside pickup of prescriptions, and was VERY happy to be able to get my annual flu shot while remaining in my car. The girl with the long red hair is the best at administering the PCR test! It's not uncomfortable at all. I barely realize she is doing the test. Plus she has you do mouth breathing exercises that help even more. Highly recommend this place. read more
