I was a city letter carrier for 35 years. I frequently experience neck, back, hip, and sometimes foot pain. Dr. Jeff has been excellent at finding ways to relieve the pain in so many different areas. I always leave the office with renewed energy. Along with the adjustments, I have also used their decompression tables, I had my feet scanned by a 3D laser, and purchased "foot levelers". The office staff have used the muscle "scraper" to relieve tight muscle knots. Also, to loosen severe chest congestion, I used the Pulsating Electro-Magnetic Field machine. The doctors and all staff members are very pleasant, soft spoken, and knowledgeable every time I see them. The entire building is clean inside and out with no clutter. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. I've been going for about 2 years and they welcome me by name when I enter the front door. They work hard to stay on schedule so wait time is always very minimal. Dr. Jeff listens to what I am saying and adjusts the adjustment to what areas are hurting most. I have also had several massage therapist and have NEVER had a bad experience. They are all very skilled and also great at listening and tailoring the massage to what areas are needed. I've been going to see "Dr Jeff" Wiederhold at Chiro Effects for a few years now he and the other two chiropractors have helped me with my neck and back pain tremendously. Mostly Dr Jeff.
