When spending $65+ on a pedi, I don't expect to be sitting on an uncomfortable bench with the hard edge of the foot bath hurting my feet. The environment wasn't very relaxing because some of the pedi stations are in the hallway where everyone's walking by and talking. The foot bath smelled like cleaner (which I'm glad it's clean but most spas add a nice aromatherapy-type soak that smells nice). There were no magazines around to read. For the same price, I prefer HQ because they have a true spa area that's quiet and all the pedis have comfy massage chairs.
