She tried to say my mother didn't remember what she was told by Mike last year when she ordered her shoes. My mother is elderly, not stupid. Seeing my mother upset infuriates me. The woman stopped helping my mother without saying a word. She started helping a woman whose business she wanted. She looked at us a couple of times but opted, instead, to shelve shoes. When she turned her back on us and started walking away, I called out to get her attention twice. I ended raising my voice, "Excuse me." Only then, did she come to make the sale, unsmiling and curt. I won't go back.

Funny thing, he put the broken inserts inside the box and hung it back on the display. Ugh, really? I told him not to put it back, so I took it back to the front where I had left my original and the receipt, i got my money back and went to the other store to get the inserts, better quality and very similar price.
