Then comes the predictable excuse: "It's too late to cancel because your order has already been scheduled to ship." Funny how that works, because three or four days later they'll send you another email saying they're experiencing delays and can't ship your order after all. So apparently it's "already shipping" when you want to cancel, but somehow it isn't actually shipping when they're the ones delaying it. That's not customer service--it's a convenient excuse to avoid cancellations. Bottom line: Victoria's Secret has become just another disappointing online retailer with poor customer service and questionable business practices. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money with a company that actually values its customers. Victoria's Secret simply isn't worth the time.

They filled the tires that day to see if either tire would leak by the time they would work on it. (Pickup was scheduled out about a week.) One of the tubes did end up needing replaced, which they did. A couple of days before pick up I was talking to them on the phone about any other potential issues with the bike, and the gentleman was very professional and helpful. He told me about an issue he had observed when the bike was in the lowest two gears, but said that if I didn't ride the bike on those settings it shouldn't be that big a deal for now. Since I don't ride on those and am on a tight budget, I appreciated that he wasn't trying to push an extra sale by making the issue out to be worse than it was. I'll probably get around to having it fixed, but it's not a top priority for me right now. When I got the bike back it felt well tuned and good to go. The guys here were great.

They carry a variety of goods for the entire family, including your fur babies. They seem to cater more towards certain brand names, like Teva, Keen, Shimano, Columbia and Born. They also have way more outdoors stuff like camping and fishing gear. Pretty decent prices and I noticed they carry a range of sizes from XS and up. I may find a piece of clothing that I really like at their other stores, but they may not carry that same thing in a larger/smaller size but here, you can find different sizes. I'm glad I stopped in and I'll return when I'm ready to hit the outdoors!!

When I pulled up the text thread to show that I DID in fact give an accurate description, I was told "oh, I didn't read that. We are going to pass." I can write it but I can't read it for you. If customers are going to be spending time driving to you from far distances you can at least slow down 20 seconds to read a message fully. When you do mess up, it probably isn't best practice to automatically place blame on the customer for your lack of reading. For this reason, we will no longer be shopping...or selling with them.

Quality furniture like restoration hardware, dare I say better than pottery barn for fraction of the price. They have a great selection, so reasonably priced and the customer service is 10 stars! I love everything in that store! My brother was over recently and thought our couches were restoration hardware! He wants to buy them now. I said they are even better. We got the romy chairs and cloud couches and they truly are like sitting on clouds! Bridgett in particular is so wonderful. She is so patient and knowledgeable. She helped me put together and transform my entire living room. I have her to thank for making our living room look so great! I have gotten so many compliments.
