We frequented the Maurices in Baker City Oregon with the nicest clerks, always helpful and friendly. Attentive but not overboard. At this Maurices off Eagle by Kohls I finally had to walk across store to clerk folding things to ask a question, she sees me coming an LOOKED down. What!? She was disseveled and I didn't even realize the other staff was an employee till I saw her folding things (also ignored us). Both looked like they'd rolled into work after a bender. My daughter had a gift card after her birthday and was looking forward to getting a new outfit. This experience really brought down the fun of that and we left feeling deflated. BTW I was dressed in normal nice work clothes while being ignored by these female employees. I wish I'd been a secret shopper for the company cause they should be sacked.
