I LOVVVVE H&M! Always will! They are always on top of what's good. The staff at this store...seems nonexistent tho. They neverrrrrr seem to be anywhere in the store except for at the register. If you've been to the store and you wear men's clothing -- like I do, haha! The men's section is like CLEAR on the other side of the store...the front register ppl can't even see the men's department haha! So, if I could make one suggestion for this store -- it'd be for them to have staff a little more available in the mens section. Also, there's oddly...a register in the men's department/section and yet..I have NEVER seen anyone working that register.. ever! Why even have it? Take that shit out and make more room for men's clothing! Haha! I mean, if they don't venture around the store to begin with, and this register doesn't get used like...at all...more clothes would be great! More employees too would be great. I have only been here a couple times since I'm not a teenager or a 20 something ha ha. I think their prices are too much for what they have. I think it's funny that when you walk in off the parking lot entrance that you're in the men's section. Stuff is too spread out in my opinion and makes it hard to find stuff you're looking for, but I only go there once a year or less so I guess it's fine. read more

I usually love this store but went this evening at 6:30pm and they were all locked up from the outside ( not just the mall entrance). Hours online for this Boise Town Square location say 7pm for Sunday. Village store says 6pm. It's not a good practice to upset your loyal customers! If there were extenuating circumstances than post a note on the door. It very well could be that the online hours posted are not updated correctly - in which case that should be fixed as soon as possible. read more

I wanted a cute blazer but the mannequin was the only one with my size so I nicely asked the employee if they could take it off so I can purchase it and they wouldn't take it off the mannequin.....so ridiculous I would have given the company my money but instead they refused to take it off. read more

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Boise has H&M now. It's located at the mall (Boise Towne Square). It's located at the old Borders bookstore (RIP) spot. I love H&M and I couldn't resist not stopping by at the brand spanking new store. They have more stuff than the ones in Portland. They have cool vintage looking men's hats. More sweaters, hoodies, and jackets (I think because of Idaho's climate) and the price is the same as at their other stores. Service was awesome. The cashier was even chit chat with me. I think H&M cashiers in Portland need to learn from Boise's H&M cashiers about customer service. Yay yay yay for H&M in Boise! read more

H & M is a great addition to Boise Towne Square. I love that you can enter it from the outside, thereby avoiding the main part of the mall entirely (maybe it's just me?). The style and selection is everything you would expect (as a friend of mine said, "it's like a European Old Navy," which is aptly put). The store is always spotless and the service is always helpful and friendly. Their prices are amazing. They have an awesome supply of all the basics (tees, leggings, etc). The only complaint I have is how many items they hang on any given rack. They're crammed to a point that it can be difficult to find the size tag without taking several off the rack. And, if you've already got a couple of things in your arms to try on--this can be very inconvenient. Don't get me wrong, I love that they have ample stock--I just don't think cramming it all onto the rack is the best way to go. Other than that hiccup--great clothes at a great price! We did not go to the H&M at the mall but they have a new one at the village that we did go to. There was a line of parents etc. at the dressing room waiting for their teenagers to try on clothes. No place to set, we asked the sales clerk if they had any stools or chairs. No was the response,the sales people were rude acting like everyone was inconveniencing them. Unless you wear a size 8 or less don't bother they won't have your size. Cheaply made clothing. read more

Will never shop at the Boise Town Square location again!!!! I've been chasing down the correct size swim shorts for my sons the last 2 days before our family vacation. Told the Meridian Village location of my dilemma and they hand wrote a message on my receipt saying 'will return if tags are still intact' signed by the manager. Went to Boise and tried to exchange for the correct size (mind you, it had only been 24 hours since the purchase) same style, 1 size smaller.... and their manager, with my receipt in hand told me "I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE RETURNING THESE" what???? Some people in power are NOT nice people. (I could use other choice words here but don't want to regret my verbiage.). So..... long story, short, I bought the dang shorts and made it back to Meridian with 2 minutes left before closing and they returned them and were so apologetic for the other stores behavior. The Village store is FAR SUPERIOR in customer service than the Boise store and I will NEVER shop there again. read more

I love H & M. I really like that this store has kids clothing as the ones in Seattle do not. The only complaint I have is that I feel this one lacks in the style and amount of clothing that the stores in the Seattle area seem to have. I still really liked how clean this store was and how talkative/friendly the store employees were. All of them seemed very excited/happy to be there. I think it is a nice touch to the Boise Town Square as most of the store there aren't ones I would shop at when I visit. YAY Boise for getting an H & M! read more

I love H&M!! They always have great deals on they're already inexpensive clothes and always have up to date styles. The employees are all super helpful and nice, seriously my favorite place to shop! The only complaint I have is that it can be hard to find your size in some of the items, probably because thinks sell out so quickly, but maybe having more quantities of some peices would help. read more
