This is hands down one of the best consignment stores I've been to! They have TONS (and I mean TONS) of name brands -- so many great finds in excellent condition. Everything is super clean and organized, which makes shopping actually enjoyable instead of overwhelming. The prices are very fair, especially for the top brands they carry. You can score amazing quality pieces without paying retail prices. What really makes this place special is that it's locally owned by a mom and daughter, and they are both incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their customers and their store. Selling here is also SO easy. The process is smooth, straightforward, and hassle-free. My only "complaint"? They need a bigger location because they have SO much amazing inventory! There's just that much good stuff. The girls are super nice and helpful at The Find. Very friendly and welcoming and they take the clothes from you to hold at the dressing room. Great customer service! I liked that they had a designer rack and a huge Lululemon section. There were a good amount of handbags but some of them looked dingy and overpriced. The downside is that in order to go check the store out, I had to quit my 8-5 job to go do it. The hours are geared towards stay at home Moms and ladies that lunch. While I found a couple of cute things, there were a few things that I tried on that had stains and holes in them. I was disappointed and grossed out. Makes me wonder what other clothes in there weren't washed before put on the rack. Sadly, this is not a place I will go to again. read more

I would never go back again. I showed up at five and I walked in the store and it was completely open and a lady runs up to me and says we close at five. I didn't really look at the hours or anything. I just walked into the store, which they allowed me to and then told me I couldn't buy anything. They then proceed to tell me that they open tomorrow at 10 AM. I have to be in Colorado tomorrow by 10 AM and It was suppose to be convenient being that I live in Eagle and I didn't want to go downtown but now I have to go downtown. I completely understand that people have places to go and things to do. But you run a business. It was terrible customer service and they should've at least let me browse for a little bit. I wasn't gonna be there for hours being that the store is pretty small, but I will let others know the customer service that was provided to me which was terrible read more

From the moment you walk in you are pleasantly greeted. Very clean. Thank Goodness we now have a women's consignment store that operates on honest principles. incomparable to Again Consignment with haute attitude of owner and asks if you want to tip them. Consignment retail; suggesting a tip - epitome tacky. I purchased something, found it soiled upon leaving, took it back within 10 minutes, owner gave me money back minus the tax. Not a big deal but principle and attitude matters. Will be back to "Find" and tell others about their fine principles and amazing clean, organized store. read more
