We headed to 3peat after brunch to see what kind of dope stuff they had. This store front is so nice! Walking in, everything is so organized and clean. The shoes were perfectly displayed on the wall. There were racks of clothing that were all nicely hung. For a small venue, everything was nicely spaced. You didn't feel crowded. My husband did find a couple pair of rare sneakers but unfortunately they were not his size. It was cool that they had them and that we got to check them out in person. They have a great variety of sneakers for those sneaker heads out there or sneaker collectors. We didn't really check out what kind of clothing they had but from all the customers looking, I'm sure they had some cool stuff. I'm sure we will be back to see what new sneakers they get in. I honestly didn't mind kicking it while my husband looked around. I was admiring their two pretty chandeliers in the front. I thought it added a hint of elegance to the store. I'm sure we will be back soon to check out the latest and greatest.

I went in to get fitted for a pair Of shoe after going to…read morethe wound clinic for 3 months. I was fitted by there expert and ordered my shoes. After wearing my shoes I went back because I developed a bilister. The blister became infected and I had to have my big toe amputated. I thought fitting the shoes was to prevent this type of situation. Now I have to find another shoe store to buy shoes. When I talked to the owner he didn't seem to care. After complaining I did get my money refunded. I am now searching for a solution for my shoes. Please do not go to Rosendalhs to buy shoes. You will regret it like I did. I'm still dealing with shoe issues and bilisters

BUYER BEWARE! TOTAL BAIT and SWITCH…read more forget the fiasco w/ the insurance company. I gave them 3 weeks to try and sort that out to no avail, which If I'm being totally honest, is not their fault. When I first went into this place, the "specialist" who saw me asked several questions INCLUDING if I was Diabetic, which I am NOT. So, immediately there was a question about insurance. I told him regardless, I just had part of my foot amputated. I desperately need help walking. HOW MUCH IS A PAIR OF ORTHOTICS? His definitive answer: $150 per pair. No other feees? NO. Ok, I can cough that up for my feet. So they scanned my feet and placed the order. 3 weeks later I drive an hour to go pick them up and they bait and switch and now they are $466. That's $316 MORE than what they told me it was originally. To say I was beyond furious is an understatement. Then I was told that if I WAS diabetic, they would be $150. Ok, we'll try this: I suddenly identify as being diabetic. This is Boise, after all. We should be able to play their liberal games... Well, since I wasn't diabetic when I ordered them now they're $466. They can keep their F U C K I N G orthodicks. I honestly truly despise businesses like this.

I had the good fortune of interacting with a manager at the store today. He was engaging,…read morepersonable, and had work ethic that I have not seen in some time in retail. I was impressed his positive energy, definitely makes me want to shop his store again.

Boise doesn't really have a good shoe store, and definitely not a good local shoe store. This is…read morethe best option we have if you're in need of new kicks. First, the warning: this is not warehouse pricing. For some reason, DSW pretends they're a discount outlet, and they're not. You'll pay retail prices here, most of the time (although there's a sales rack in the back, and prices are discounted throughout the store, but it's usually only a few dollars.) Just know, you're probably not getting a great price here. What you do get is a huge selection, the ability to try things on yourselves, and options for women, men, and children as well as accessories. Along with their shoes, they offer handbags, belts, socks, hats, and some leggings. The shoes on offer run the gamut from mid-priced to fancier. They carry name brands like Ugg, Toms, Steve Madden, and more. They're a wonderful spot for dress shoes, and if you want some blinged-out heels for a dance or special occasion, you'll find several rows of shoes to meet your needs. Seasonally they rotate their merchandise so in the summer they have a huge selection of sandals while in the winter they offer fashion and waterproof boots. Alongside those are a huge choice for sneakers and athletic shoes, slip-ons, oxfords, loafers, and even slippers. I like that you can help yourself and find your own shoes. Do the world a favor and put the shoes you don't purchase away (in the correct place) when you're done--the clerks are already doing a lot of work. The staff is always friendly if you ask them for help but they can be a bit hard to find. I appreciate not having sales pressure and being able to try on 45 pairs of shoes if I want to without inconveniencing someone. They often run out of common sizes, though, so if you're a women's size 8 you'll notice that many of the shoes aren't available to you. What you use is what you get, so don't bother asking if there are more in the back. I don't think there's a "back." They keep the registers staffed and there's rarely a line. You can earn loyalty points for your purchase that add up for future discounts. They're great about taking returns back and as long as you haven't worn something outside, they are happy to take them back with your reciept. For shoes in Boise, there's no bigger selection with a larger variety. Definitely a first stop if your footwear needs an upgrade.

This review is for customer service and not particularly the product. I've bought Vans shoes for…read morethe past 20 years from various Vans location in different states. I have to say, for a "skate" shoe the quality has gone down. They are such popular shoes in their looks that the actual intention for function and long lasting kinda sucks. Anyways, I expressed a frustration to Ti at the Boise mall and he went above and beyond to try to make it right for me and my kids. Not only that but his attitude and helpfulness was so appreciated. Thank you Ti

Better yet, most of us spent one or two Saturdays at Saturday school, err. Saturday detention like the kids from the Breakfast Club, The kids who wore Vans the most were surfers and skateboarders. There were plenty of those kids at Carmel High in California and I wanted to be one of them. That free-flowing blond hair, sun tanned face and the OP shirts and shorts. Dude! The flashbacks hit me like the concrete pavement when I bailed on my skateboard when I walked into the Vans store at the mall with my teenage kids. My daughter was totally digging a pair of slip-ons while my son wanted a pair of high tops. I almost got into the mood to get me a pair, but I was not sure if I wanted to go all the way yet. Brad was super cool and chill while he waited on both of my kids at the same time. He looked like my age, well minus about 15 years, but he was an adult with several cool age worn tats. He got a couple of slips-ons for my daughter and pair of killer red high tops for my son. He kept egging me on to get a pair. The peer pressure was real, I mean for real bro, but being Fall / Winter season, I was more intrigued with the beanies and the hoodies. I found a powder blue / yellow hoodie on clearance. It was like 24 bucks and I got a beanie for 8 bucks. I still think fondly of my trip back into Vans after all that time, especially with my kids. The experience did not disappoint, and we occasionally drop in to check the new kicks and I go check out the clearance. I still do not have a pair of Vans but that's okay, but kids have several pairs including my son who got a pair slip on with flames on them. Killer Brah!
