I was specifically looking for more workout clothes since I'm a sub Group Fitness Instructor at the XSport not too far from the Ross. I ended up successfully finding some new workout pieces to add to my wardrobe. Atmosphere: I thought the atmosphere was okay. I did find it rather strange that they had no music playing. I was literally shopping without music for like about an hour to an hour and a half lol. They didn't play misic until around 10:30 am or closer to the time I left the store. At other Ross locations and other retail stores, they usually play music, so I just thought it was strange that they didn't play music right away. Customer Service: I thought customer service was great. The line wasn't too, but there was only one person at the cashier register at the time. I ended up doing a return before doing my purchases. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this. I attempted in returning a cologne that was in a tin container and cashier/sales associate let me know that unfortunately I can't return cologne since it wasn't sealed. Overall, I had a good first experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. I hope this review helps Ross & its current and future customers. Be careful of spending your hard earned dollars here. This establishment was better managed years ago and now it is doing this!
