Hey fellow Yelp users! I went to the Ross at the Crestwood location on 6/09/24 from around 9:30 am…read more- 11:00 am. Items: They had a decent selection of items. I was specifically looking for more workout clothes since I'm a sub Group Fitness Instructor at the XSport not too far from the Ross. I ended up successfully finding some new workout pieces to add to my wardrobe. Atmosphere: I thought the atmosphere was okay. I did find it rather strange that they had no music playing. I was literally shopping without music for like about an hour to an hour and a half lol. They didn't play misic until around 10:30 am or closer to the time I left the store. At other Ross locations and other retail stores, they usually play music, so I just thought it was strange that they didn't play music right away. Customer Service: I thought customer service was great. The line wasn't too, but there was only one person at the cashier register at the time. I ended up doing a return before doing my purchases. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this. I attempted in returning a cologne that was in a tin container and cashier/sales associate let me know that unfortunately I can't return cologne since it wasn't sealed. Overall, I had a good first experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. I hope this review helps Ross & its current and future customers. Have an amazing day!

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I was recommended this place to buy my daughter's dress, and a couple of months ago, we went to see what options they had. When we arrived, the only person in the store at that moment was busy with three women at the counter. She saw us walk in, but didn't acknowledge us, not even a simple "I'll be with you in a moment" or "Please give me a few minutes." We overlooked this because she was the only one working, and we understood she was attending to customers. However, what followed was humiliating. About five minutes later, the women she was helping left, and instead of addressing us, she chose to ignore us, arrange things on the counter, and then head to the back of the store without saying a single word. No "Excuse me" or "I'll be right with you." It felt like she thought that if she ignored us, we would just leave. Since we stayed because we wanted to see dresses, another five minutes passed before my sister had to go find her in the back. When she finally came out, instead of apologizing, she gave us attitude, and the very first thing she asked before even offering any help was, "What's your budget? So I can see if I have something," in an arrogant and dismissive tone. To this day, I don't understand why she was bothered by our presence or why she treated us that way. The moral of the story: give your business to those who treat you well. We ended up buying the dress at Peaches. I had to drive to the city, but the service we received there was outstanding--and, ironically, we were helped by young ladies, not by a woman over 40 who should know better. If I could give this place negative five stars, I would. My intention was to support a local business, but in the end, driving farther to the city was absolutely worth it for the professionalism and respect we received elsewhere.

I called and Sheila was very reassuring. I went in and it was about 10 days before my trip with the 4th of July holiday intervening. The perfect set up for can't do. But Sheila is can do. She measured me and then consulted with my GF, the fashionista of my relationship. Then she called the warehouse. The warehouse person was kind of can't do. Sheila patiently worked with her and got things done. Betsy, the seamstress, is equally can do. Once my items arrived she was willing to work to get the alterations done in a timely manner for me. I'm sure there were other clients with weddings and stuff to wait on too. But I was given attentive, kind service that made me feel welcome in what could be an intimidating setting for someone like me who is not a clothes horse. Thank you Sheila and Betsy for creating a miracle through can do attitude.
