They had a pretty impressive selection of name-brand shoes and clothing, with some genuinely good discounts compared to regular department store prices. The store was reasonably clean and organized, although a few sections were a little picked over. The shoe department in particular required some digging to find the right sizes. I did eventually find a pair I liked at a price that was significantly better than what I expected to pay. The employees I interacted with were friendly, and checkout was relatively painless. Nothing extraordinary, but a perfectly pleasant shopping experience. My one complaint is that the pricing can be a little inconsistent. Some items are fantastic bargains, while others don't seem much cheaper than what you could find elsewhere. You really have to pay attention rather than assuming everything is a deal. Overall, a solid four stars. Definitely worth stopping in if you enjoy finding good brands at discounted prices, especially if you're willing to spend a little time looking around.

The store was packed, which is exciting as it means there are a lot of people who will be supporting it so we can keep places like this in our town. The owner was so kind and did an amazing job with the space. The prices are mid range, which is nice. It isn't over the top, but it also isn't cheap. I love the selection she has. She even commented on how she only orders a limited run of each item so that you don't see everyone around town in the same thing, so smart! All in all, if you're on a budget yet wish to dress trendy, sexy, comfortable, or classic, Discovery has all you need. Shoes on clearance range from $5-10. Their full-price shoes are not much more than that. Bras are good quality, but then again I'm not as well-endowed as some. Accessories are very reasonably priced. Using the kohls app and the multiple coupons they give out is the only way to shop here. I know they are struggling with staff and technology issues like everywhere else. But ordering online and picking up curbside just is NOT efficient. I had waited almost one hour (55 min) to pick up an order from notification in spot 4 until delivery to my car.

There's two customers that mistakenly stood in there returns line. There's NOBODY ELSE IN EITHER LINE. Just the two customers wanting to make a purchase. The cashiers would not sell them any bring until they walked all the way around the return aisle and stand in the correct line. There was no one else in line........no a single person but the two people wanting to make a purchase. So the customers walked back to the line and the cashier called on them. It's almost comical. I've tried this place a minimum of three times. The first it looked like they were going out of business because clothes were thrown everywhere. Second time was similar, this was the third. There's plenty of options in the area to shop elsewhere and I would not recommend this one.

A big portion of the store is dedicated to furniture, and the store-people are 100% OK with you and your children sitting on every couch and lying on every bed. My kids wanted to find the most comfortable couch, and they chose the one with plush corduroy that had cup holders and a USB plug. They wanted to buy it, but we live many miles away, and also, there is no way I'm inviting a couch with cupholders and a USB plug into my home. Get bent, kids. You need to look at the products carefully, because some of the things are a little worse for the wear. But for the most part, most of the items I saw at Last Chance looked perfectly fine. I wouldn't come here to find something specific, because inventory changes frequently, but this is a good place to browse and find a treasure.

When I reminded Matt what he said he said it was a price increase and started to get loud and rude yelling do you want it or not? Then said I'll do you a favor I'll put it back on the shelf and you can go buy it somewhere else! Race? Ignorance? Lack of business skills?
