Doug and landmark valet are THE BEST option when looking for valet for any type of event. I do small and big events and will always call Doug for anything- the process is incredibly easy even when last minute and pricing is very reasonable - highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy valet service! read more

I attended the event that used landmark valet last night. The Crew that worked the event was great. They were extremely quick and efficient. The event happened during a haboob so I'm sure it was not easy. But when receiving my car back, my car was full of sand and my touch to start ignition switch was completely pushed back into socket. Before receiving my car, it was in great shape and it returned to me dirty and damaged. When talking to the company manager, Doug, he was very quick to point fingers and claim that my car was broken before. He took no responsibility for the event and the damages sustained from his Crew. This was the first time I ever used valet and it will be my last. I am on a first responder salary, I do not have the time or funds to fix damages that were broken by other people while their management goes on to blame me. I did not expect for this company to cover my charges, but some responsibility or even some sort of apology would have been nice. I do not recommend. read more

Top-notch service from "Hello" - through "Thank you." I looked at other companies and this is the one you need. Professional, great staff - who connect with guests so naturally. Doug was an absolute pleasure, and, I cannot recommend Doug and his business highly enough. We found our valet company! Thank you Doug and Team for your excellent service! read more

It was all great. I'm so glad I decided to go with valet parking for the my event. It would have been a nightmare otherwise. I checked first to see if a couple of sandwich board would work for my guests. But the cost was almost the same as the valet and, even better, I avoided cranky neighbors complaining about cars blocking their drives. I would do it again and recommend the team at Landmark. They have years of experience and are really fast sprinters. read more

I am so glad I used Landmark Valet for our recent event. We hosted a wedding and reception at our residence and I knew I was going to need valet services. I used Yelp to see who had the best reviews and found Landmark. Doug responded to my quote request immediately and that was super helpful for budget planning. We were able to secure valet services rather quickly and that was one less thing for me to worry about. The day of the event the Landmark team came and I met with them and they were all super professional and a pleasure to work with. They had a great presentation and brought all of their equipment to ensure safety and help direct drivers/people to where they needed to be. We worked with the neighbors as well to make sure we did not block anyone's driveway and that worked out nicely. Landmark truly was the best for us and I am sure to use them again! Excellent service. Highly recommend Landmark Valet. They were punctual and extremely courteous.

Had such a great experience with Landmark this past weekend. The guys were amazing, the set up was professional. It ended up raining most of the time of our event, and our guests were so happy we had valet at our home! Several of our guests specifically came up to me to let me know how "organized the valet was." Thank you, we will use you next time! read more

Landmark Valet is our go to! This review is long overdue as we have used Landmark Valet twice now. If I could give an infinite number of stars on this review, I would! The owners, Beth and Doug are incredibly responsive. We have received excellent service from the moment we sourced, contracted and especially during event execution. My organization comes from out of town to host client events in private homes. Beth and her team give us peace of mind by going to the venue ahead of time to scope out the site so that they can ensure a smooth execution on the day of. I LOVE that they have the option of including gratuity so that your guests will not have to worry about tipping the valets out. The valet drivers look extremely professional and our guests are completely impressed with their friendliness. I would not think of going to anyone else because Landmark Valet gives me peace of mind that my guests' cars will be cared for. 100% of our event surveys return with 5 star ranking for the valet service. To top it all off, their pricing is extremely fair. I actually feel that I should be paying more for the level of service that you receive. We look forward to working with them for many years to come. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! read more

On the day of the event, Cutter and Logan were very prompt and efficient and we were very pleased with the service they provided. They were able to keep the flow of cars moving and guests did not have to wait long for their cars when leaving. We highly recommend Landmark Valet. The Rasmussen's read more

The staff at Landmark Valet did an outstanding job as our valet service in mid-July for an annual event my organization holds. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and more cost effective than similar services that we researched. I highly recommend Landmark Valet for all your valet-related services. Many thanks to Doug, Beth, and the whole Landmark Valet team!!! read more

I rarely write reviews, but this is a company that I highly recommend. We have used several valet services over the past couple of years. Landmark Valet is the best by far, and the only one we will be using in the future. Landmark Valet provides valet service for One Step Beyond's dance, theater and band performances that are held at Theater Works. (My daughter attend's One Step Beyond - an awesome program for Adults with Intellectual Disability). I had noticed their excellent service and positive attitude at these events, so when I had an urgent need for valet service, I contacted Doug to see if he could help. Our closest friends unexpectedly lost their daughter to cancer and we offered our home for a reception after the memorial service. There is no street parking near our home and valet service was not optional. On very short notice, Doug made the time to come by to preview the space the day before (at no charge), and went out of his way to make sure that our needs were taken care of. Landmark Valet provided timely, professional and friendly service for a very long and hot afternoon and evening. I highly recommend Landmark Valet for any event. read more

I was forced to use Landmark Valet on July 14, 2018 at a restaurant in Phoenix, (YELP forbids me from mentioning the name here). When Landmark Valet returned my vehicle, the four wheel drive system had been engaged (The differential was locked). Trust me, it's impossible to do this "by accident". (2017 Toyota 4Runner Limited) - I called the owners and they took no responsibility. - The owner said "There's no way my people would ever do that." He kept asking me, "Why would my people do that?" I suggested he ask his people. He mentioned that his people park Ferrari's and Rolls Royce's - I'm sure they do - but I'm not sure how this is relevant to my situation. I learned my lesson - Good thing there was no damage read more

I recently went to TopGolf in Scottsdale and I must say the guys at Landmark are hands down the friendliest valet company I've ever encountered! For anyone who works in the restaurant industry you know the two most important positions are the host and the valet - they are the first and last people to see guests out. This company nails it on the customer service! So friendly, always smiling; thank you for the hospitality!! I hear they also work private events - if your in need these are your guys!! read more
