It was all great. I'm so glad I decided to go with valet parking for the my event. It would have been a nightmare otherwise. I checked first to see if a couple of sandwich board would work for my guests. My organization comes from out of town to host client events in private homes. Beth and her team give us peace of mind by going to the venue ahead of time to scope out the site so that they can ensure a smooth execution on the day of. I LOVE that they have the option of including gratuity so that your guests will not have to worry about tipping the valets out. The valet drivers look extremely professional and our guests are completely impressed with their friendliness. I rarely write reviews, but this is a company that I highly recommend. We have used several valet services over the past couple of years. Landmark Valet is the best by far, and the only one we will be using in the future. Landmark Valet provides valet service for One Step Beyond's dance, theater and band performances that are held at Theater Works. (My daughter attend's One Step Beyond - an awesome program for Adults with Intellectual Disability). I had noticed their excellent service and positive attitude at these events, so when I had an urgent need for valet service, I contacted Doug to see if he could help. Our closest friends unexpectedly lost their daughter to cancer and we offered our home for a reception after the memorial service. There is no street parking near our home and valet service was not optional. On very short notice, Doug made the time to come by to preview the space the day before (at no charge), and went out of his way to make sure that our needs were taken care of. I was forced to use Landmark Valet on July 14, 2018 at a restaurant in Phoenix, (YELP forbids me from mentioning the name here). When Landmark Valet returned my vehicle, the four wheel drive system had been engaged (The differential was locked). Trust me, it's impossible to do this "by accident". (2017 Toyota 4Runner Limited) - I called the owners and they took no responsibility. - The owner said "There's no way my people would ever do that." He kept asking me, "Why would my people do that?" I suggested he ask his people. He mentioned that his people park Ferrari's and Rolls Royce's - I'm sure they do - but I'm not sure how this is relevant to my situation.
