We plan to be in this home for a long time and really needed someone who would show the care and attention to our home. We interviewed several contractors and Joe with CB Homes matched our communication style and genuine care for the work performed. We planned to move out of our home due to the large scope of the project and needed someone we could trust and rely on without us being inside the house. Joe proved to be reliable and trustworthy. He showed up when he said he would and if he needed to adjust scheduling he communicated clearly and worked with us. He was excellent at managing the many different elements and phases of the project to keep us involved in the key decision making while keeping the project on schedule. Many people told us no way the project would be complete by our 3 month target but we were able to move back home exactly when we planned to. The quality of the work was exceptional and Joe provided us suggestions and recommendations while respecting our unique sense of style. I.E. We wanted two mounted TVs in the living room, unique ivy backsplash in the bathroom and removed 5 windows since we like low lighting in the house. We chose Vostok Construction to remodel our primary bathroom/bedroom that had lots of water damage. We knew that it would be a big job (needed new subfloor and floor joists and studs in one wall) and they took care of us. They were very careful to make sure their mess didn't get anywhere outside of the job site, took their time to make the finishes look just right, and were courteous and kind to myself and my kids. And Igor's tiling is absolutely stunning. I have high standards for finishes and I cannot find a flaw in our tile--he's that good. Eric and Alex were super helpful with seeing our vision and explaining what would be cost effective but also functional. I never felt like either of them pushed me to do something I didn't want (and as a people pleaser, that's hard!). The job had a couple of rough spots (bad plumbing from the previous contractor, and a paint color mixup etc.) but each time there was an issue, the communication was clear and they let us know what needed to be done. They were patient when we realized our faucets and other metal finishes weren't matching and did their best to help us find what we needed. They finished the job in the timeframe they quoted us even with some hiccups along the way. I would 100% recommend Vostok Construction (and I have to some friends!). I hope to use them again in the near future for some more bathrooms and a living room overhaul.

I have done a lot of work over the years and am happy to say that if you live in this area, he is your guy. He was fair and honest from the get go. The price he gives you is the price you will pay. I never received any surprise "change orders". As contractors go, Omar was VERY open and communicative. No problems ever getting him or his crew on the phone. He had great suggestions on all things we discussed. Always seemed to know a lot about his work and various things people like. The project was a big one, and I am super happy with how fast it went. He even got started for us over Thanksgiving and Xmas, and his crew would show up on Saturday or Sunday sometimes to keep on working (which was fine with us!). There were no subcontractors involved... everything was through Noor Construction. If we had any minor issues that needed correcting, Omar would come and look at it and tell his crew what to do. We really appreciate the details, crown molding and trim was superbly done, and the tile was just amazing, we are very impressed with his team. I mean seriously anyone who has attempted to do crown molding in the past knows what I am talking about. For details if you've made it this far, our story: Where shall I start. I suppose we start with the idea: build a bedroom in the second floor space of our "great room" which has really tall ceilings... like 30 feet plus. So basically add a bedroom in the second story "empty space" above the first floor. Easy right? Well, after getting ghosted by several contractors, I finally called Omar. He informed he thought we were probably getting ghosted because the architect had told him that footings were needed to support this new bedroom which would be sort of like an island in the middle of the house. We live on a hill, so these support columns would have to go through the first floor, basement, and then under the house. This added to the cost, but we really wanted a bedroom in that space. Omar gave me a price. I told him no thanks, my wife and I thought well maybe we changed our mind as the cost came in higher with the footing work. After a few weeks, we talked it over, changed our minds. We really needed the bedroom. I called him, thinking "gosh he probably won't want our work". Omar came back, no change in price, same deal as before, he didn't even bat an eye, he was ready to go, and this was like 4 weeks later after I told him no. So yea, it was project that I was told was too much for people, everyone didn't want to go get permits or deal with the footings... Omar told us what to expect and stuck to the plan. He dealt with the County and the inspector always came and said even himself "these guys know what they are doing". We passed all inspections. Omar even was super flexible about adding things to the project as we went along, as you know I get ideas about what I might want, we added some carpeting and shelving, and additional tile work that he added at no additional cost to him. He really just knows what he is doing and is super on top of things. So go with Noor Construction if you have the chance, you won't regret it!

Roman who came and completed the initial measurements for a different idea that I had only because I have a new build and wasn't sure of the idea of a walkin was doable at the moment and I didn't want to void the warranty of my new floors by cutting into my floors for a built in dinningroom buffet. So I explained to him what I truly wanted was walk in pantry but didn't know where to start. So he checked my pantry and garage after he completed the initial measurements for the buffet. He checked with his lead Vitaly who came and check it out made sure everything was ok and said they could expand my pantry instead. They both came back and checked it out and then did a finally measurements and then all of the info was sent to Lowell. They started the work and had inspections done throught the process and even got done ahead of schedule. Next I met with Lowell in design where we went through ideas of what I wanted, types of cabinets, design ideas etc. Lowell also handled all of the paperwork, finacials, and kept things on track with all the steps and appointments We met a few times throught the process up until the final design was approved and the ordering of the items that were needed were delivered to my home. Once the items were delivered Roman and Eugene made sure everything was delivered and in good condition and came back and went to work. This was my first experience with any type of renovations for my home and I am so glad that I did and it turned out great.
