I called and they were able to get us an urgent visit time for this morning. Upon arrival I didn't even have to text the number because there was already a technician in the parking lot who did was very friendly and checked us in. We waited about another 5 minutes and then came to get my dog. When he was done the vet herself came out and explained what was wrong and what they did addressed a few other questions I had. So was very friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. After paying the pharmacist came out and gave us our meds and we were on our way. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I hope I don't have another emergency with my dog again, but if I do. I wouldn't hesitate to bring either of my dogs here for care.

I wish I could have taken him to another vet but this vet is the only vet who sees rabbits there's none in Modesto or other surrounding areas. Worst experience honestly. The vet assistant she had long hair I wish I had got her name she helped me with my rabbit she was soooo rude and unhelpful like she didn't care about what was happening to my rabbit. I would not go here ESPECIALLY not to put your animals down. I miss my baby and they made this whole experience horrible.

From the moment we arrived, Faith, a team member, met us with so much genuine kindness and compassion. She took such good care of our boy, but she also took care of us. Every time she was on shift, she took the time to explain what was happening, answer our questions, check in on Bear, and genuinely listen to our concerns. You could tell this wasn't just a job to her she truly cared about him and about what we were going through. In some of the hardest moments we've experienced, having someone like Faith there meant more than I can put into words. I also want to give a special thank you to Stephanie, another team member who took time out of her day simply to sit and talk with us. And I absolutely do not want to leave out all of the other incredible team member and doctors who were part of Bear's care. We may not remember every name, but we remember the kindness. Every person who came into his room, checked on him, cared for him, answered another one of our questions, helped keep him comfortable, or simply showed us patience and compassion made a difference. We saw how many people were working behind the scenes for our boy, and none of that went unnoticed. To every doctor who cared for Bear, thank you for being honest with us while still being compassionate.Thank you for treating him with dignity, gentleness, and love. Following a minor miscommunication regarding pricing from other staff members, an older employee became confrontational and began calling my husband names being racist to him!!. She even went as far as making inappropriate comments about our family and children. Regardless of any misunderstanding, there is never an excuse for staff to speak to clients in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and taking accountability for the confusion, the behavior we experienced was unacceptable. We entrusted this facility with the care of our pet and expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others who expect professionalism, respectful communication, and accountability from veterinary staff.

Dr. Barrett saw me the same day, gave my puppy her shots and sent me on my way. I came back a few short weeks later to update all vaccinations and I didn't have to wait long, was able to make payment quickly and be on my way. I like being able to go to a vet and not have to sit around waiting. I can get in and out of here in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, they have treats and toys in the waiting area if your dog or cat gets bored. I see a lot of people come in with exotic pets, parrots, etc..., they also provide equine care. Prices are great so far, I decided to do the Puppy Package without the microchip or spaying my animal, it was about $90 if I recall and I can pay $60 on my first visit and $30 on my last 2 visits.

About two weeks later, Lola developed an anal gland problem that required another visit. I was worried about bringing her back because I knew how much she hated being handled, but once again, the doctor was wonderful with her. He was calm and gentle and handled her without any problems.
