We then arranged to meet with Ken and his daughter, Caley. Not only did we like Ken & Caley immediately, we hired them right after receiving their proposal, which was about a week later. As a potential client I am sure you'd like to know what impressed us so and why we recommend them so enthusiastically - and as many reviews I've written, this is probably one of the hardest. Why? I feel that no matter what I say, it will fall short of expressing the magnitude of their expansive talents and our gratitude for what the new backyard they created for us. First of all, Ken and Caley complement one another. While Ken and his team of phenomenal craftsmen are involved in every aesthetic detail of construction, Caley is a charming bundle of sparkle and energy, relating to us the process and schedule. Together, they ensured our project was finished in time (actually early) and with every possible contingency considering and executed to perfection. If you're looking for a landscaping company who are masters at their craft, offer reasonable pricing for both the initial project and eventual 'add-ons,' employ of team of bonafide master workman , are communicative and caring people, and are truly remarkable in every aspect of the complicated process of building the outdoor living space of your dreams, look no further than KB Landscape - you'll be elated you did.

I can confidently recommend Landcrafters to anyone looking for a dedicated, full-service team that…read morewill complete your project on schedule, on budget, and with high-quality installations. I wanted to begin with a bit of background since it may be helpful with respect to my review. I have purchased 4 new construction homes thus far, specifically finished homes on dirt lots, that required complete exterior landscaping. These homes have been in different geographical areas, all had different budgets, and I worked with 4 different contractors and several subcontractors to complete the various landscaping jobs. My 5th home purchase was an existing home, and the most complicated job since the existing landscaping had to be removed prior to the new landscape installation. Landcrafters performed all landscaping work for this 5th home. I can confidently say that working with their team exceeded all prior experiences, and they were exceptional from start to finish. I appreciate so many things about the quality of work and the level of service that Mike, Patrick, Kate, and the rest of the Landcrafters team provided. They are full service, and are collaborative from concept, to drawings, to final execution. I have a smaller yard, and our final design maximized the space and included all the features that I wanted, including a spool, built-in fire pit, and barbeque. I was also impressed with the contract itself. The proposal I received was extremely detailed and comprehensive, and there were no surprises or unforeseen issues as the project progressed that would have taken me over budget. They completed my installation in a timely manner, on schedule, and ensured that my project was executed flawlessly. I can't express how extremely rare staying on budget and completing projects as scheduled is in the construction industry, and they did both. Patrick was the primary project manager, and he was always available and responsive to inquiries. He monitored and assessed the onsite work frequently to ensure all work was progressing as planned, with quality installations. Further, the same dedicated crew reported to the jobsite daily. They were highly skilled, punctual, moved at a good rate, and cleaned up the work areas at the end of each day. Lastly, they do have subcontractors that can continue servicing the properties after the landscape installation is complete. I continue to work with the subcontractor that installed the pool equipment. I have found this to be extremely valuable since he is familiar with the systems that are installed and can troubleshoot and service items under warranty. I am confident that my landscaping and installed features will maintain their integrity and beauty as the years pass. Landcrafters is an outstanding business!

The project started and continued on time each day with Kate often on the property. The crew was professional and respectful and had excellent experience. They completed a full, down-to-the-studs remodel of our primary bathroom--even addressing underlying floor bracing issues to ensure everything was structurally sound--repaired our deck, installed a new gutter system, and expertly managed a whole-house re-pipe. We also had a serious mold problem in our primary bathroom and they recommended a wonderful remediation company to take care of it first; then seamlessly took over to rebuild everything better than before. This job required a wide range of trades, and their level of coordination was top-tier throughout. A huge part of why this project was such a success was Pedro Todaro and his team. Pedro's communication was exceptional--he was on-site pretty much daily, very responsive, and kept everything moving expediently. It was an absolute pleasure working with him every day. A special shout-out as well to Pedro, the jobsite lead, who was also fantastic. His attention to detail, precision touch-up work, and quick handling of minor details throughout the job definitely contributed to the exceptional quality and the final results. The entire team was friendly, professional, and thorough. If you are looking for a trustworthy, highly communicative general contractor, I cannot recommend C.H. A+++ all the way! I highly recommend Landscape Plus. I've been wanting to renovate my backyard for…read morethe past few years and when I finally decided to take the plunge, I reached out to several landscaping companies in the area for an estimate, including Landscape Plus. I wanted to choose the contractor based on: 1) fairness/transparency of the estimate, and 2) whether the owner will be onsite every day to check on the work and progress, and 3) how many jobs the owner takes on simultaneously. I ultimately decided to go with Froy + Landscape Plus because he not only provided the best estimate but he struck me as a really genuine, trustworthy person, and I loved his philosophy of taking on only one job at a time for the best quality outcome. Because the reno approval process with my HOA took such a long time, there was actually quite a bit of a time gap between the initial estimate and when I could begin the work, but Froy was incredibly patient with me and was still easily reachable whenever I had questions or updates. I did my entire backyard, including a full demolition of existing pavers, built-in barbeque/kitchen, gas fire pit, and huge retainer walls that wraps around the entire yard, and re-tiling the whole floor with a new fire pit. Froy and his crew actually finished earlier than the initial estimated timeline, which really pleasantly surprised me. Every day, Froy and crew always showed up on time, respected our property and cleaned up after themselves, and Froy gave me very frequent updates on how things were going, what was going to happen the next day, etc. I also did not run into any surprise additional cost of any kind (other than what I added on my end, and even those additions were very fairly priced.) Last but not least, even when the work was all completed and the entire invoice was paid for, Froy came back a few times at my request to help return leftover materials + add extra lights. Froy is very dedicated to each project he takes on, and will go that extra mile -- he will not leave you hanging until you are completely happy and satisfied with the outcome. I'm so happy with the way the yard turned out, but also extremely pleased with how smooth the entire proccess was. If I had more backyards to renovate, I would 100% choose Froy again and comfortably recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, Froy!!!

The challenge was to make it a comfortable lounge and entertaining space and provide safety for our young child. Ross came up with a genius design to satisfy our requests and his team was responsible and reliable. Ross personally worked on a lot of the project as well as guided the team first-hand to make sure it was executed properly and completed to our requests.
