My personal experience is not good as on July 31 I had to get one of their trucks with trailer to pull over on the 405N freeway as some debris flew from their trailer and cracked my Lexus LX570 windshield. The driver Casildo Pineda was very nice and gave me the company business card but since then numerous phones messages, numerous emails along with photos of the damage and auto glass replacement invoice have been completely ignored. Not even the decency to share their vehicle insurance information. Its sad that I have to file a CHP report and take them to small claims court to get them to take care of this. So far they very low integrity.

There is a hedge by the neighbors wall that needs trimming every few months and there are also some palm trees that need the dead leaves to be stripped once in a while. The service was decent at first but has gone downhill. The property is a rental so we are not there very often to check if these tasks are being done. When we went down last week we noticed a very overgrown hedge on one side while the adjacent wall was trimmed and there were lots of dead leaves left on the plants. We ended up cleaning up the dead leaves ourselves and I emailed Kevin and sent him pictures of the overgrown hedge. When the gardener Nicolas came the following Monday I asked if the hedge was trimmed. Kevin said no and said it's because it's by the pool equipment and it was too tight for him to go in and trim it. This is BS as the overgrown hedge was on the outside of the pool equipment area. Even if he had to go inside the pool equipment area there is a lot of space and not tight at all. Instead he asked for $295 to remove the hedge which is ridiculous. My neighbor also told me he has observed the gardeners don't do much. They just walk around with the blower blowing dust around instead of doing any real gardening. I don't think I am very demanding but if you don't do your job and ask for more money to do it then it's time to find a better service elsewhere.

He also created documents to submit to our HOA for approval, and he was able to make changes quickly when needed. Victor and the crew were on time, efficient, and timely with the work. It was greatly appreciated that everything was washed down and cleaned by the crew at the end of each day. They were also able to make quick adjustments when our neighbor had some concerns with the hedges we wanted to plant. The scope of the work included adding a concrete pad, extending our concrete patio, planting privacy hedges with drainage and auto watering system, installing artificial grass with paver walkways, and adding pebbles along the exterior wall of our house. Since we have a soft watering system, we also had them install a separate line from the main. Overall, Caliscapes OC was professional, friendly, and accommodating.
