Sooo...not sure where to begin to NOT sound like I'm gushing over this place or I am related to them in anyway! Let's just say I inherited my father in law's work truck and knew it needed a lot of work. I went here based an an inspection I had done previously and I am really glad I did. The front office young lady Brittany was welcoming and always had a pleasant smile when I walked in. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and never made me feel like I was a pain in the ass. As for my needed repairs, not only did Lance help me prioritize them but he saved me money by telling me which ones weren't needed at the time. How many times do you go to a repair shop and they don't look for ways to up sell you or take your money!?! Lance spoke to me in "English" since I know very little about cars, and took the time to explain which repairs were necessary and what could potentially happen if they were not done. His prices were VERY fair, and he was upfront and accurate on his estimates. There was one particular issue that was elusive to diagnose and he was very determined to get it resolved and eventually did. He even recommended a place to get my windshield replaced that saved me over 100 dollars! I have always preferred to do business with small business owners and finding a good, honest, friendly mechanic's shop that you can feel comfortable sending people to is truly a blessing. I will be using this shop for all of my maintenance and repair needs for all of my three vehicles and will be recommending him to my family, friends and clients. Don't go here. I had this guy look at my truck because the engine light was on and I couldn't pass inspection. I spend $500 with him and the problem still isn't solved. He "says" he installed all new plugs and one coil. But the problem still isn't solved. I can't get him to find any time to work on my truck again so I take it to another shop. The other shop changes one plug and tells me the old plug doesn't appear to be new. Since then my light hasn't came back on and I have passed inspection Thanks for wasting my time and money lances pro plus. read more

We've been going to Pro Plus for almost 10 years now and I'm so thankful to have a honest, dependable, reasonably priced place to go for all our auto needs. We have used Lance's from everything to oil changes and inspections to major repairs (replace transmission) and been more than satisfied every time. Lance even checked out a used car before we bought it for free, he really takes care of his regular customers. We started with Lance when we lived in Tomball, but we moved to the other side of Houston 7 years ago. We still use Pro Plus because I know we will get the best service and price available, and he's worth the drive.
