They charged a very fair price considering the amount of work they had to do to get it cleaned and fixed, and they did so quickly. I was broken when my LaCie external hard drive failed. I needed the info of course, but couldn't afford to spend a huge amount of money. That said, they would start the job to see what they could do and ran into multiple complications. However ,they were able to be resourceful and use some in house parts and probably some magic to put my info back together. A week later they were able to give me a perfect copy of the files I lost. They even went out of there way to get me an external hard drive at a nearby BestBuy without charging me extra. They will never know how much grief and time they saved me by replacing all of my files. I haven't experienced customer service like that in a while. Thank you DTI - Thank you :)
