They told me it was heavily infested, and there was likely damage. They assured me I was in good hands, and were able to repair my Xbox and clean out all the roaches. They charged a very fair price considering the amount of work they had to do to get it cleaned and fixed, and they did so quickly. I was able to use it for work, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Forget the big names like Best Buy, or UBreakIFix, who I called. Price was beyond reasonable.
