After months of "surgery," it was time to send that 2016 Home Depot special to the big laundromat in the sky. Figured everything would be closed by the time I hit Phoenix, so I rolled the dice in Vegas. Fought traffic, made it to the Henderson store around 5:30, missed my aunt (who I recently learned works there) by minutes, but found the exact washer/dryer tower I'd been eyeing--and it was on sale. Score. Mike in the showroom was great--friendly, helpful, easy to work with. Turns out they had exactly one electric unit available at the Craig warehouse. Even better. Paid up, grabbed my free basket, and was told I could pick it up before 7. So I battled rush hour across town... only to arrive at 6:15 and find the place closed at 6, with a freshly taped sign saying so. Not ideal. That said, the warehouse team came through. I walked to another door with humans behind it and explained the situation--that I was just passing through and not coming back anytime soon--and they helped get me loaded up anyway. Got a "for future reference..." (fair enough), but I appreciated them making it happen. Overall: great showroom experience, solid customer service when it counted, and I got a good deal at the perfect time. A hiccup in communication, but a good ending--and a story to go with it.

We were on the verge of buying one, but decided it couldn't hurt to first drive over to this Half Price Mattress store that was only about 5 miles away, just to compare the mattresses and prices there. The name of the store had us feeling skeptical, but I had taken note of a highly positive review for them here on Yelp! -- so off we went. We are very glad that we came to this store. We were assisted by Cristina, who was friendly and informative, offering us details about the benefits and differences of the Queen mattresses she had in stock or could order for delivery within a week. We both ended up liking a particular mattress from a company we had not previously heard of, for which the price was about $4K less than the one we had nearly bought at that other store! Completing the purchase was quick and easy, and to our surprise the 3rd-party delivery driver brought it to our house only about 2 hours later that same day, and laid it atop the Ikea bed. Great customer service !!!! I walked into the Henderson Nevada store looking for ideas for several things. I had been online and asked for a check to see if things were in stock, the salespeople were very responsive. I was able to go down there and meet with the two sales people helping me on phone . Jason spent about 30 minutes with me walking around the store answering questions on everything from chandeliers, table lamps, swivel chairs, and mostly ceiling fans... He didn't push me into buying anything, printed out some options of things I liked, told me to go home and sleep on it because I couldn't make up my mind in the store. I told him I wanted to walk past the fountains on the way out to my car. He brought me over the fountains and I saw one I admired and bought it on the spot. I am just really appreciative that I didn't get the "hard sell" and I was as able to walk out of there without being pressured to buy some thing I was unsure of. Most stores are not like that and are not as welcoming and informative. Jason, was amazing and I could tell he really loves his job, and eagerly helping me and answering my questions. Thank you to everybody at Lamps Plus!! I'll be back. In fact, I am calling him now to place order on the ceiling fan! read more

We had been searching online for weeks trying to find the perfect pendant lighting and entry chandelier for our home. After looking at countless options, we finally decided we needed to see everything in person--and we're so glad we went to Lamps Plus! Angela Baldridge was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. What started as "just looking" quickly turned into us ordering everything we needed because of the outstanding customer service she provided. Angela was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fixtures for our home. The store manager was also fantastic. They were both friendly, welcoming, and even price matched the pendant lights we wanted, which made the decision even easier. We're hoping our pendants arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date, and Angela even offered to call us on Monday with an update. That level of follow-through and customer care is rare these days, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you, Angela and the Lamps Plus team, for making what could have been an overwhelming shopping experience so enjoyable. Very pleased with my purchase today 05/14/17. I had gone on line and saw a swing arm floor lamp that I liked and was hoping it had a 3-way switch. I found the lamp on the floor and was disappointed that it was not 3-way. I looked at other swing arm floor lamps and didn't find one that I was happy with. At that point Rick S. asked if he could be of service, so I told him what I was looking for and we searched further. We had gone to the computer and saw some and he was certain that he had seen what I was looking for in the store. He went looking for it and very soon he called me to inspect it. We discussed the merits of it and I decided to purchase it along with an LED 3-way bulb. I immediately put it together when I got home. This is a gift for my Mom and she was very pleased with the product and the functionality. She enjoys how it looks and the quality. Other family members have very favorably commented on it. Rick S. did not pressure me and worked diligently to help me. I very much appreciated his efforts. I am also a new Rewards Program member and saved 10% on my lamp purchase. This Lamps Plus office will be on my radar for future purchases. read more

We looked at ceiling fans and lights at the Henderson store. Rick was great. We have always had Nice Sales help but Rick is the best. All went so well we ended up buying 3 fans. He suggested LampsPlus install. When we looked at the additional warranty and service they include we said yes. What a great choice. Robert was our installer. He was great. Showed up on time. Did clean fast work and was Careful in our house. Best installer we have had in the two years we have been in Henderson. We did have one issues with a fan remote later. When I called the store the manager Robert first ordered a replacement incase it was faulty. Then he suggested re programming. I had done so but after a couple more times the remote work better. Robert called back a couple of days later to check on us before I could call to tell him is was fine. Great follow up and customer service. Products are great. I love all the fans. One of the remotes seems to not like how I push buttons but the fans is quiet, powerful, looks great and has a great LED light. So it is a winner. read more

Simply put, the customer service at lamps plus in Henderson on Stephanie is stellar. Matthew, the lighting consultant, and Susan, the assistant store manager, helped to resolve an issue for me, seamlessly, professionally, and they were both incredibly helpful and kind. In today's day and age, customer service is key for not only returning customers, but gaining new customers. I have an interior design business and I utilize this store in particular because I know my clients will receive an exceptional experience while shopping at this location. The lamps plus is known as a lighting store, they also have a wide selection of cabinets, and tables, as well as home decor. This review is about Rick who works at the Henderson location. I came in a couple days ago with my husband and we chose a chandelier. He was very patient with us, as we were undecided at the time. We purchased a waterfall-type lighting and left with it in our car. Once installed it was obvious it was too small for our space but we no longer had the box. I called Rick and he said no problem. Just bring it back, full refund. No restocking fee. And BTW, he didn't come to work the next day to 11am & offered to come in an HOUR EARLY to help transition the trade. Instead I went before closing and he was so wonderful (I was there past closing and he never made me feel bad). We got a correct size and he even found an online coupon for me to use on new light which cost more. Now this is the most upstanding level of customer service I've received in years. He deserves a management position. read more

I went in to purchase specialty light bulbs for a light I had ordered. Angela B. helped me, which was the second time I had the fortune to have her lend a hand. Angela tried out multiple light bulbs for me in their test area until we found the right one. She was very intuitive and watched my reaction to know what to try next. Then, because she was so attentive and helpful, I asked her to show me which lamps were rated for an outdoor covered porch. After looking at a few they had, I showed her a picture of one I liked that I had saved. Angela was able to find the light and showed me a few other ones for comparison. In the end, I spent more money at Lamps Plus simply because they had an employee who took the extra time to help me and made me feel welcome. Nicely done, Angela! read more

Actually, I haven't bought anything for about 10 years as everything has held up nicely. As everyone knows, prices are high and availability is low for most everything during COVID. Therefore, we decided to rehabilitate the older furniture we had. As I mentioned it was all bought at Mrs. Patio in Henderson NV. So, we got new slings and cushions made locally. Since the metal was faded, nicked and scratched we powder coated it all. The stuff looked fantastic when we were done, but the powder coating process requires NEW plastic end pieces, post bushings, end caps and stem glides since the old ones were worn, and some destroyed during removal. These things are hard to find, especially since the stuff was old and we didn't have the sales receipts. Anyway, by phone, and emailed pictures of the plastic pieces and furniture, CLINT, did I mention the salesman name?, it was CLINT, once again CLINT who went out of his way to identify, locate and drop ship these items to me from TROPITONE in Florida. Anyway, I tried to slip him a FRANKLIN but he refused it. He was just happy to help me over the several weeks of my emails and calls to locate the items. Basically, these necessary parts finished the rehab of my old patio furniture. He certainly went far beyond what I would expect in customer service. Anyway, CLINT saved me thousands of dollars by helping me fix up my stuff! Check it out below! gratefully, Glenn

However when we picked it up it was incorrect. So we returned it & tried again, that o e was incorrect. So after 4 returns, it is still wrong. They will not fix it because it was custom ( & paid extra) I can't believe how many times we had to return it & still is wrong. I do not recommend this place at all.
