Monica the cashier said they don't show up in our system and to just type the number in like it was super obvious and everyone who doesn't work for HEB should know this. We then followed up by saying it does not have a sticker and Monica who has worked there for three years rolled her eyes and said all you have to do is type in the number, which she knew because she worked there and said it's that simple in a very sarcastic tone that was clearly directed to be rude and to belittle us(the customer). This is by far the worst customer service you could give in a less than 15 second interaction. There is product in the store that is expired, so be sure to check expiration dates. The staff, though limited in the English language, are always friendly. I called Brazos Valley Natural food store (also amazing) to check for a spice and they directed me here. You have to walk into the back room. It felt like I was going somewhere I wasn't supposed to, but then I found EVERYTHING! Spices, coffee, tea, deserts, samosas, produce and even entire meals! All packed into this little delight of a store. The gentleman working here (possibly owner) was extremely friendly and helpful!
