Adorable little shop with all the fun things... tea towels, cards, knick-knacks... all the fun stuff you want to see in an adorable little town such as Portmouth! The staff was so kind and helpful. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to visit and find this little gem in the heart of Portsmouth. If you are looking for a great place to go visit and find some great souvenirs and greeting / sympathy / birthday cards - Gus & Ruby is the place for you!!! Go visit for me! Me, not so much unless I'm in need of something, but I tagged along. So glad I did! This is a cute little store with lots of things to catch the eye. Not just the obvious--print services, cards, stationery, etc.--but also things like recyclable bags and other gifty items. I walked out of there with a small size (there was a large variety of bags for different uses) Baggu reclyclable bag I can fold up and pop into my purse for use when I need it. Handy for carrying leftovers from restaurants, quick trips to CVS/Walgreens or other places where you just want a couple of things. In fact it would have been handy for my trip to Gus & Ruby! Good steady strong welds, nice tight bead. I would take a restoration to him in a heartbeat, he is that good. He does have a plasma cutter also, so you can get close tolerance prototypes done. He has done a lot of 4WD frames, and is a master at redoing that last bend before the rear wheels on the frame. Same day turn around. I felt his price estimate was fair. This place is worth a haul in.

Our problem is with the company "Best Kitchens" and the female that does the scheduling etc. She (I will leave unnamed) is so rude. On all contacts with her as I've said was several times, she seemed bothered to help us..... But were very easy going and didn't want to rock the boat after all everyone is different. On my last contact to make an appointment for oven repair she was beyond rude, I asked if i could speak to someone else or Matt directly. My words were this "your just an unpleasant person". She then hung up on me. Tried calling back with no luck. Several friends in the area have used them and had the same thoughts on their customer service. My advice is if you can't get to Matt directly then move on, plenty of other companies that show more respect to their customers. Just contact Viking direct and they will find another company for you as they did for us (and they agreed that this company doesn't have a great track record)
