He was quick to come see the job, prompt in providing an estimate, patient when I didn't respond right away. He insulated the walls, put a rubber liner under the new tiles to keep moisture from seeping up, and added a really nice detail of molding. It looks great. The quality of materials used and the visual appearance is great, better than I envisioned. I have found Stefano and his crew are very professional, respectful, and careful. I highly recommend Stefano Torcasio and his team from my experience with this project and a much larger renovation of an underground garage, with masonary wall and stairs.

I asked him to delay making the repair because another tree branch was threatening to fall, and I didn't want anyone to get hurt. It did fall, and then his company came and did an excellent job. Harriett in the front office was surprised as she loved her Soapstone tops in her kitchen. After some discussions with both her and Tia we decided on having the counters cleaned and sealed by them. When he was asked to fix the large gap, he (Mark Rego) quickly developed a hostile attitude and said that he needed more money to fix the large gaps "or I am out of here". We told him to leave.
