Poor receptionist service ruining an otherwise decent practice…read more I've been a patient of Dr. Rodriguez for a while, and while the doctor is fine, the receptionist Ilene makes every visit and phone call a nightmare. I needed a simple prescription refill and had to call THREE different times over three separate days. Each time, Ilene was incredibly rude and nasty about it. She acts like asking for a refill is some huge inconvenience. The worst part? She told me to "call whenever you want" about the refill, but then got angry and hostile every single time I actually called. She also failed to properly contact the doctor about my refill request, which caused unnecessary delays in getting my medication. Her attitude is completely unprofessional and inappropriate for a healthcare setting. Patients shouldn't have to deal with mean, confrontational staff when trying to get basic medical needs met. Dr. Rodriguez really needs to address this issue with his front desk staff. The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and Ilene is driving people away with her terrible attitude and poor service. I'm considering finding a new doctor just to avoid dealing with her, which is sad because the medical care itself has been adequate. Update: Still no improvement in service after multiple complaints.

Doctor Sabido is the first physician we've ever found the takes the time to research our prior medical history and after compiling all the previous data, prescribes the necessary care that we should receive at our age. Doctor Sabido treats us like family and always has our best interests at heart. For anyone looking for a new primary care physician, there is no one more qualified and capable of caring for your needs. His office is very busy and I'm sure that people living in this area have already figured out there is no one better.

I would not recommend this primary care physician based on my personal experience…read more At nearly every visit, she asked me to return the following month without any clear medical reason, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. My final appointment was the reason I decided to change doctors. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was called in only to be asked why I was there, as if she had not reviewed my medical record. When I told her it was time for my annual physical, she said she did not have enough time to do it. I reminded her that I had already been waiting for about 30 minutes, but she replied that it had only been 25 minutes and told me to come back the following month. I also asked if she could order my blood work in advance so we could discuss the results at my next visit, but she refused and said she would only order it when I came back for the physical. Throughout my visits, I often felt unheard. She frequently interrupted me before I could finish explaining my concerns and gave me the impression that she was not truly listening. I never felt that my time or my health concerns were a priority. To be clear, my comments are directed solely at the physician. The nursing staff and the front desk team were always kind, courteous, and professional, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

She had not seen him in five years due to Covid and my father's passing. The girl on the phone never bothered to tell me that they move their office. So we showed up and to the wrong place. The office is still listed in the phonebook under the old address. When I finally spoke to the office and asked where they are now she insisted that she told me that they moved , which is not true. When I finally got my mom to the correct office that day a little while later we were then told he refused to treat my mother because she lived in assisted-living. So I spent the whole day running around with an 87-year-old woman from office to office only for them to tell us they refuse to treat her . I don't know how this is possibly legal all because of where she lives. Sounds like discrimination to me

I requested A Monday appointment and was told that he's not in that office on Mondays. Thus, I was given an appointment on Thursday. I replied that I wanted to see the DOCTOR, as I left my former Rheumatologist because he had moved to Costa Rica and left his NURSE PRACTITIONER to handle his patients. Following my reply, I recieved a phone call from Dr. Barron's office. The woman explained that I could NOT see the doctor because he does NOT see patients in the Delray office! When I requested the appointment, I explained about my previous doctor and his move to Costa Rica. How is it possible that this woman was sending me to another nurse and NOT the doctor? I wonder if the insurance companies know that they are paying nurses for doing the doctor's jobs...I wonder if they even care!
