He told me my payment was "lost in the system" and refused to provide me with a refund. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 4 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of our car on the interior and exterior. He did such an amazing job that our car looked even better than it did when we brought it home from the used car dealership. It was shining from top to bottom! Rich has an amazing attention to detail and it was clear how much effort he puts into his work. Beyond the actual service, Rich is just a wonderful human.
