Okay, so I blame myself. My last experience was humiliating to say the least. I guess the young…read moreheavy set Mexican man in his twenties had to antagonize me by mistaking my whole foods grocery bag for "wing stop." So, the manager apologized and offered a free carwash which I politely declined. Fast forward maybe 8 months later I don't want to drive into Oakland to get my car washed. So I come back here because the manager seemed genuine (he's older, tall and thin) and he left a message apologizing. Well, I guess anything goes when he is not here!!!! The heavy short manager today 10/08/26 around 1:25 was completely opposite. I'll spare you the details. Just know that $65 dollars later and I'm left with fresh scratches on my trunk, smudges all over my black paint, scruched up face from the woman with the long blonde hair who washed my car. Then to add insult to injury someone took the key out of my car and when I asked nicely they all looked at each other and shook theirs heads left to right like "I don't know". I was so mad I started talking in Spanish. That's when they finally found my "flipping" key. *Not worth the hassle and they don't want my financial support so I'll keep my money in my pocket. Spoke too soon, gotta fix a Benz sunroof button. Yaay me.

If you are coming to Moraga or driving through I would recommend stopping at this gas station if you are in need of a fill up because it is the cheapest one in the area. This gas station is also clean and well maintained. It has a propane exchange, car wash, snack store and 8 pumps. What else do you need?

There are 2 large brushes in tubs of water available for you to do an initial scrub down before going into the car wash. If your car has alot of grime, I advise you to do a quick scrub down to loosen the dirt otherwise your car will not be thoroughly clean. My hubby did a complete scrub rub on the entire car before driving in. The car looks very clean afterwards. Of course this is all very subjective - and it depends on how clean you want your car to be. Note that if you do an initial scrub it will take some time and you might be holding up the line if there are other cars behind you. (My hubby parked nearby so as not to anger customers waiting for a quick wash.) We selected the basic $9 package and that suited our needs. It's a 4 step process - initial rinse, soap and rolling brushes, second rinse to wash away soap then final blow dry. Our car was dry enough and did not need a wipe down.
