While I truly appreciate the skill of my nail technician, the front desk experience has consistently been a source of frustration. On multiple visits, the two younger women working the front desk have come across as dismissive and bothered -- whether I'm checking in, asking a simple question, or processing payment. I've also overheard negative remarks made about other customers, which was uncomfortable to witness. Additionally, I've found it difficult to accommodate basic requests, such as being seated with a friend or requesting a specific nail tech. The front-of-house experience has made it difficult to justify returning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I believe it reflects a larger pattern that may be affecting other customers as well.

Accidents happen and so I don't necessarily think that this is representative of their abilities, but she also didn't really do anything to put me at ease that it was getting disinfected for the rest of the service. I also booked one of the more elite pedicure options (NOT just a polish change to say the least), but the tech barely got any of my dead skin off which I would've expected in my very extra service option of a pedicure. What I found the most shocking was that despite making me bleed, before they went to paint my nails they came to me with a QR code to give them a 5 star Google review, which I think was quite bold to do as my toe was still red and bleeding lol. I'd imagine if you made your customer bleed you'd probably want to offer some sort of consolation rather than forcing them to submit a positive review. Based on reviews it does look like people are overall happy with their results, and again, I don't necessarily think that one accident should define the overall abilities for a tech (which is why I am not naming), but from this experience it kind of seems like some of these reviews may be getting forced during the service as that is what happened to me. Separately, I think some of their sample colors don't actually match their nail polishes - the color I chose and what ended up on my feet ended up being two different tones where I thought I'd chosen a peach pink and it came out super cool toned.

They were the ones running behind due to another client, not me. At the time, they acknowledged this and offered a voucher as an apology, which is the only reason I gave them another chance and returned. When I came back, they refused to honor that voucher, saying it was "over a month old," despite never communicating any expiration date or conditions in their message. There was no mention of a deadline, required response, or any policy tied to its use. Instead of taking responsibility, they publicly called me dishonest and reduced their offer to a 15% discount. This experience shows a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. I gave them a second chance based on their own promise, and they failed to follow through. I recommend going elsewhere if you value honest communication and reliable customer service.

They do prefer cash which is understandable but do take card and you can tip through Venmo which worked just fine for me. She also over drilled my nail when removing my no-chip and it is paper thin and red. I do not understand why they remove the no-chip by drilling instead of soaking-off like you are supposed to. She tried to say my nail was like that before, and although it WAS a little on the thinner side, she drilled to the point that it is sore and red and I felt it bothering me in the water. I left with no polish to do it myself at home because she was so rough. She also filed my nails horribly and I had to refile my nails at home. Jagged edges and crooked. I definitely won't be back especially for a $65 pedicure this bad.

I needed my nails done for an October 2024 wedding and found Ipop Central. They had glowing reviews…read moreso I booked an appointment over the phone with owner Mylinh the week of the wedding. MyLinh went over my preferences and she requested I send a pic of the work I wanted done. I saw a picture off of Pinterest I wanted to replicate which required extensive artwork. With these parameters I also needed nail extensions. After going over preferences and quoting a price, Mylinh recommended I do the Russian manicure with builder gel application. I never had a Russian manicure before but was willing to try it out. She paired me with two technicians. Adele who did the manicure and Jamal who did the artwork. Russian manicures are high quality focusing on cuticle deep cleaning which can extend manicure wear. In fact, all of the work is dry application meaning your nails never get soaked in chemical solution. Total work with the artwork took 4 hours to complete with longer lasting results versus a traditional gel extensions. I kept my manicure over 3 weeks before seeing outgrowth and even then they still looked great! When it came time for removal they used a fine drill bit (no soaking was involved). I left with my natural nail intact with the nail bed feeling healthier than ever. Adele did a great job on my nails. She was gentle, patient and really took the quality of her work seriously. Jamal is a trained nail artist who does a good job with her nail art whether it's freestyle or replicating a design. The facilities are modern and clean with comfortable seating. Their pedicure chairs have customizable massage functions making your session a relaxing experience. I rarely get my nails done. At the most I get them done once or twice a year on special occasions or a vacation. However when I do get them done I go all out. After the amazing service I had here I plan to seek out Ipop Central for any future manicure/pedicure needs. Note: Parking is street side only so plan and schedule accordingly.

One time I was there for 4 hours getting a builder gel fill and a pedicure. I appreciate a clean salon, which this certainly is, but there are downfalls that made it frustrating. There's also a couple hair salon booths within the nail salon and the noise from the blow dryers didn't help create a relaxing environment. After a manicure with a nail design that looked like I'd done it myself, and an unexpected upcharge, I decided to switch and find a new salon. If you have plenty of time and patience and are seeking a simple color without a design, ipop is a good option. But if you're looking for an efficient service, I would consider looking elsewhere.
