Before my consultation even began, I overheard Dr. Shire and his nurse making derogatory comments…read moreabout my name ("Christine Electra") outside the door. It was an incredibly unprofessional way to start an appointment. I was then spoken to in a condescending, dismissive manner throughout the consultation, as though I had no education or ability to understand what was being discussed. I was also double charged and had to point it out before leaving. Between the disrespect, the lack of professionalism, and the way I was treated from start to finish, this was by far the worst cosmetic consultation I've ever had. I left feeling degraded, and I will not be returning. I'll be sharing my experience with others.

Truly an A+ office! 2-7-18 My first experience with SSA was so incredible that I had to come back! I recently had facetite and fat transfer performed by Dr. Nease, and once again I couldn't be happier! Dr. Nease and Dr. Deal went above and beyond with professionalism, knowledge, and kindness! They took time to explain the procedures in detail, as well as to answer all my questions. I am currently one day post op and already see a huge improvement. I have a separate neck and chin again. Once again, a huge thank you to Dr. Deal, Dr. Nease, and the entire SSA crew! I can't wait to see my final results. I seriously can't recommend SSA enough.. as always, A+ all the way!

Over the past year, I've been passed between three different surgery coordinators, all of whom have mysteriously stopped working there. Communication has become nearly impossible, and it's incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone when you need help. The surgeons themselves are excellent, and I'm happy with my surgical results. Unfortunately, the patient experience no longer matches the quality of the surgeons. If you're looking for responsive communication and consistent support throughout the process, this may not be the right practice. The surgical work is great, but the overall experience is no longer worth the cost or frustration.
