My eyebrow wax took less than 5 minutes and despite 35+ minutes of waiting and the conversation I had with the front desk lady - she still had the nerve to ask how my services were (fully aware I was upset) and CHARGED ME FULL CHARGE. A couple tips: * Learn how to schedule so you don't waste people's time. I could have easily come in at 11, but you said 10:30 was open. * When you screw up and a client is unhappy for appropriate reasons, make it up to them.

We were short on time so she combined a few different things to give me the most bang for my buck before they closed for the night (she used Arnica gel on me, but they also offer CBD oil). She used just the right amount of pressure and gentleness, excellent massage! She managed to get rid of the tension headache I had been fighting since that morning.
