You either have to parallel park on a busy street (if your lucky enough to find a spot) or park in a parking lot across the street. After she finished signing in I told them I had a 5 O'clock appointment and apologized for being late because of parking. They said they could not see me today because I was 5 MINUTES late. The blocked appointment time is 40 minutes so I was confused as to how 5 minutes made that big of a difference. My sneaking suspicion was that they accepted the lady in front of me as a walk in in place of my appointment. Conveniently as I was walking out and back to my car I received a text message saying my appointment had been cancelled. What good is a text message AFTER you've already been in and turned away?? Overall I am very disappointed in the fact that they decided to accept a walk in ahead of a returning customer. I have a busy weekend and this was the only time I could do it. We were short on time so she combined a few different things to give me the most bang for my buck before they closed for the night (she used Arnica gel on me, but they also offer CBD oil). She used just the right amount of pressure and gentleness, excellent massage! She managed to get rid of the tension headache I had been fighting since that morning.
