I had breakfast at Honey Butter's, had my laptop with me and worked while I was there. My waitress, Aliana, was wonderful. She was delightfully happy and very responsive. She made a great recommendation for my omelet (three cheese and add sausage) and had a smile on her face the entire time. You could hear her joy when interacting with the other customers as well. When I work at a restaurant like this I make sure I am not there at their busy time. I arrived around 9:30 am and left around 11 am. Aliana checked on me periodically and kept my coffee hot the entire time I was there. The food was also superb (with the exception of the biscuit). The omelet was hot, the combination of cheeses was great and the spinach was sautéed and distributed throughout my omelet. The potatoes here are wonderful. They are cooked in a butter garlic sauce that add to the flavor, but doesn't overwhelm. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft in the center. I just wish the biscuits were better.
