We walked in and not realizing that they were closed (because the door was wide open) the clerk did…read morenot greet us but instead said "we're closed". I know exactly what I wanted and was not going to be long. I asked politely if they had a certain product and he said that they did but they just moved it to the back and that I would need to come back tomorrow. I work in customer service, and I know that when customers come in my store late they don't always know what time we are closed but I'm always more than happy to help, even if it's a couple minutes after closing. In this case, we had walked in at 7:59. Very disappointing.
