This place is hands-down my favorite place and has become my guilty pleasure! I love the vibe there is it's always so lively and fun and I always end up staying longer than anticipated because I just enjoy the staff. I can never decide which I like more...their energy drinks or their protein shakes, so I usually get one of each. I have become friends with each of the girls that work there because they are all so friendly and outgoing and make you feel like family. They try their hardest to remember everyone's name, but even if they forget, they will always remember your order! I love that they're open to trying new flavors and so many of the items on their menu are created by their clients. This is an awesome option if you're watching your health or, like me, counting your macros. The owner is also a fitness trainer so she has the health and wellness of her clients in mind in everything she does... Every single option there is healthy but also extremely delicious. I stopped here several times a week and it is a perfect post workout recovery or midday pick up! The drinks are constantly changing and they're adding new options all the time so I never get bored and sometimes I just make things up and they go with it. I have been coming here now for years and can't believe that this is the first time I've reviewed them on yelp but they definitely deserve the recognition... such an awesome place! read more

I had walked by this little hole in the wall place a few times since moving to the lakeside area. I haven't personally tried anything from them yet due to them always being closed when I've walked by but today (the one day I didn't have money on me) they were open. I had taken pictures of their menus to refer to when I go back and try them for real. The vibe of the place was super upbeat and super friendly, and if you get claustrophobic like me, this is your place to go as it is not very busy and is very quiet. read more

I was so happy when I was able to find this Herbalife nutrition shop .. I was jumping for joy after I had gone to three other shops and there doors were closed permanently very sad .. The lady that was there was very friendly and showed me how to track each item on my fitness pal. Tried a protein shake, my daughter ordered a tea and we shared the donuts. The donuts were amazing! Soft and the taste was great not overpowering sweet and yes they have protein They didn't have the protein aftertaste which was a major win for me. The shake was the mango pineapple, it did have the protein aftertaste but it was a good emergency protein shake. Great macros too. Will certainly be back for the protein donuts again read more
