The owner is also a fitness trainer so she has the health and wellness of her clients in mind in everything she does... Every single option there is healthy but also extremely delicious. I stopped here several times a week and it is a perfect post workout recovery or midday pick up! The drinks are constantly changing and they're adding new options all the time so I never get bored and sometimes I just make things up and they go with it.
