I…read moreused Yelp to get estimates from several window companies and these guys had the lowest price, best reviews and an A+ rating from the BBB. They replaced 12 picture windows in a 1950's house, which required quite a bit of interior trim. I had to wait a number of weeks for the windows to be fabricated. Once they were built, they scheduled installation and everything went right on schedule and was done in a day and a half. The interior trim did need some caulking but I did that, and painted the trim myself to match the rest of my interior. The outside colors coordinate well with my house colors. 100% would recommend this company and may use again for more windows.

We signed a contract in person which I still have and provided a $1,000 cash deposit since they don't accept check or cards, and give a so called cash discount. Despite this, we have yet to receive the door since our initial order. If they did not want to do this job then they should not have accepted our deposit in the first place. I'm thankful that I didn't fall for giving them more than double this amount to replace all of my windows. I am a reasonable person, but this has been going on for far too long and now is causing emotional distress. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue, including phone calls and text messages, yet I have not received any substantive response or a refund. The lack of proactive communication from their side is unprofessional and has caused considerable inconvenience. As a new family, it is unacceptable to have our funds tied up with no progress on the project. We have encountered numerous excuses for delays, and despite rearranging our schedule multiple times, the work has still not been completed. I just wanted a new door installed with the cold temps soon upon us. If they did a great job with the one sliding door then I would have had our other windows done and recommended to others. Given the excessive delay and the lack of satisfactory resolution, I requested a full refund, so I could use the deposit towards hiring another contractor to complete the project in a timely fashion or towards medical bills. I still have had no call, text back, or e-mail on this matter after he claimed he would give a refund. I see they are doing work in the area after googling and looking on Nextdoor within the last couple of weeks makes me wonder if these are fake accounts being created. For some reason they aren't installing our door or refunding our money. Is this a scam? Makes me wonder how many others are being conned by them. I reported through the necessary channels to the better business bureau and made a complaint to the attorney general consumer protections since I'm out $1,000 with no patio door to show for and have been ignored after my latest attempts to reach out. They have also not acknowledged the bbb or agcp attempts. They should feel ashamed of the way that they are treating consumers, taking advantage of them, and how they are running their "business" this way.

We had a…read moreconsultation with this father son duo well before March, signed an order and put $1000 down as a deposit for our sliding door replacement and have been given the runaround ever since. The son would make up excuses about how they had a trailer that needed unloaded from a previous job at the last second, had to stock up on caulk, and all of a sudden his dad needed to go to the ER (but was actually at the dog park while he was at the pool with his son). Then he had Covid (supposedly) and Every other time we've tried to set an appointment up to get the job done they would just not respond and now that we want a refund, same thing. Don't waste your time with these guys. They're either con-men, in over their heads, or both.
