I asked to have the car brought to our house and the tow truck driver was very rude and began raising his voice saying the spot in the driveway was an impossible spot to put the car which i said ok but that's the only spot i have for the car and he insulted my intelligence and also called the police in which the police were on my side and questioned the tow truck driver why is it that he couldn't put the car in the driveway? After straightening out the tow truck driver he decided he could put the car in the driveway and charged me $400. After i paid him they caused a lot more damage to my car and to our drive way. He even dropped the car off the ramp about a foot off the ground. Just disrespectful!!! Not only were my 3 kids in the car at the time of accident but my wife who had to be put in the hospital for 2 days afterwards and there was no compassion from these terrible people just complete disrespect and rude behavior. Think again and consider all other options before hiring this place for anything.

The backstory here is I was getting my oil changed a couple of months back. The Goodwrench auto shop said my back brakes were getting low and if I didn't get the brakes replaced soon I would wear through the pads and do more damaged than I wanted to. So naturally I asked around and got reccomended to Sunset Auto. Dropped my car off in the AM, got a call mid day letting me know my brakes were just fine. He said they were far from replacement and I had nothing to worry about. Picked my car up expecting to pay a good service fee for them taking a look at the car...the fee was a lot less than I had expected. Good, hardworking, honest people. You can't ask for much more when you entrust someone to take care of your multi-thousand dollar investment. He could have gone ahead and replaced the brakes like I had asked him to. But he took a look at everything and gave me a straight answer. All my car repairs will now go to Sunset.
