I've also visited the downtown and Lincoln park locations, and while the açaí bowl was still as delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming -- there is still a different feel compared to the Hyde Park location. Some younger friendly college students were working there and made sure I got everything I needed to dine in at the cute counter by the front. Also I got my stuff only 7 minutes after I ordered! Nice and fast. The only reason I rated 4 stars and not 5 was the seats were small and uncomfortable, and the outdoor area wasn't much better. I'd still give this place a try but do take out

I ordered a smoothie bowl and a smoothie last night on uber eats and the store closed before my delivery person could even get there (this isn't nauticals bowls fault as I had ordered an hour prior so it was an uber eats issue) well this morning I woke up and decided to reorder it because I still wanted it. I just got my order and tried sticking my straw into my smoothie to which it broke because it's frozen. At first I was like nice they were keeping it cold for me but no. I then go to eat my smoothie bowl and realize it's also frozen. BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY ORDER FROM LAST NIGHT AND FROZE IT AND WHEN I RE ORDERED THEY JUST TOOK IT OUT OF THE FREEZER AND DELIVERED IT TO ME. what "fresh" company even does that? I don't like when my fruit is frozen and not only that but I'm not paying for a smoothie bowl that was made the night before and put in the freezer. If I wanted that i'd just eat at home? I get not wanting to waste it but then give it to an employee or something. Who tf does that? I'm so angry right now. Would you want a place to make a pizza in the oven the night before and then put it in the fridge and just reheat it the next day in the microwave when you order it? Probably not. What a joke.
