Nice upper scale market. The place tends to attract tourists and more trendy type people. Especially during the summer when they're having events. Everything sold there is really high quality, hence the high prices, and the service is top notch.

Tacoma deserved this because driving to pike place is cool but we needed our own and we now finally have it. And not to be basis or anything because like place market is part of Washington culture but this point Ruston farmers market has the potential to be its own pike place and bonus it doesn't have a ton of trash all around, stench and just is 10x cleaner. But I love a good farmers market and here you can find everything from crafts to produce, meats, flowers, just speciality foods and so much more. It was so fun to see. I'm a huge bagel baker so I had to stop at the Seattle baking bakery stand because they had a ton of cream cheeses and so much more. Then another stand that caught my eye was the fresh cheese stand. Bathrooms here were spotless as well. There is a 2 hour free parking which almost isn't enough because there's also the waterfront and a playground for kids and tons of restaurants and other stores nearby. But you can pay for additional time. Some stands did seem a bit overpriced but you have to remember they have to pay a huge fee to be able to sell here so it's understandable. It wasn't overly crowded and I just can't wait to go back and explore some more.

Well I have to say that I'm generally not a huge fan of specialty stores within theme parks, this…read moreone approached being an exception. The biggest reason is because of the nostalgia factor... They have dippin dots ice cream, including flavors I had never seen before! This is your standard ice cream and sweets shop with two exceptions - first, it's inside great Wolf Lodge, and second, it has a giant bear mascot. They've got all the things that you would expect from such a place - plenty of ice cream flavors, seven or eight flavors of dippin dots, and a surprising number of very large array of baked goods. It's located on the second floor, just outside the pool, and as such it's a great spot to induce that sugar high right before or right after a dip in the pool! Everything here is relatively expensive, just like you would expect a store inside a theme park to be, but again they've got lots of dippin dots flavors! It is not the best ice cream place that you will ever be to, but it is certainly not the worst either. If you stay here, you will probably end up stopping here as well!

Critiquing Bear Paw Sweets & Eats: A Disappointing Experience…read more Bear Paw Sweets & Eats, while having potential, unfortunately falls short in several significant aspects that contribute to its overall unsatisfactory nature. Firstly, the quality of the food and sweets at Bear Paw leaves much to be desired. The promised flavors and textures often do not align with the actual experience. This disparity can lead to disappointment for customers who were expecting a certain level of taste and satisfaction. Inconsistencies in food quality can undermine the establishment's reputation and customer loyalty. Secondly, the pricing structure at Bear Paw is notably unbalanced. The cost of the items offered doesn't always justify the portion size or taste. This disconnect between price and value can make customers feel as though they are overpaying for what they receive. Reasonable pricing is crucial for retaining customer trust and fostering positive reviews. Moreover, the customer service at Bear Paw often leaves patrons feeling unappreciated. Rude or inattentive staff can sour the dining experience, no matter how delicious the food might be. Friendly and attentive service is a cornerstone of any successful establishment, and neglecting this aspect can drive customers away. The ambiance and cleanliness of Bear Paw Sweets & Eats also contribute to its unfavorable reputation. A cluttered or unclean environment can detract from the overall dining experience and deter customers from returning. The physical setting plays a vital role in shaping perceptions and should not be overlooked. Some of the donuts also come prepared in weird/estranged shapes. (View pic below. Given to my friend Henry) In conclusion, Bear Paw Sweets & Eats disappoints due to its lackluster food quality, unbalanced pricing, subpar customer service, and inadequate ambiance and cleanliness. Addressing these key areas of concern is imperative for the establishment to regain its reputation and ensure the satisfaction of its customers. Without a comprehensive improvement strategy, Bear Paw risks a decline in patronage and negative reviews, hindering its potential for success.
