I was putting my clothes in the dryer and a very rude lady with a mullet came up to us and aggressively asked why I didn't grab a cart for my laundry, I was confused and continued to load our clothes. She then yelled loudly that I can't dry my clothes and last wash and dry was at 8pm. I asked why I couldn't dry my clothes since I wasn't washing them and it was about 8:15pm and they didn't close till 9:30pm. She told me I needed to take my clothes out. As she's yelling at me a man came up in front of me and began to load his dryer with clothes. I asked again why I couldn't dry and he could. She began ranting about how her boss made the rule and nobody can think for themselves there? My toddler got scared from her yelling and I was physically upset. She then told me I need to leave when I asked why and pointed out the other dryers had over 30 minutes left. I was extremely embarrassed due to the multiple people in there that witnessed it and seeing my child get upset. All I wanted was to dry my clothes. I have never been treated that disrespectfully in my life and I will never go back there again.

I only have shirts and sweaters/jackets and there were only two prices. I don't remember exactly the price break down but overall I paid about 20-25% less at this place. Customer Service - 3 stars. They are pretty average in the customer service area - they aren't overly friendly but are definately respectful and prompt. Like the previous reviewer mentioned they only accept cash or checks, it is a bit of an inconvenience for those of us who don't usually carry cash or a check book -but I think in the end the price compensates for the inconvenience.

Regency cleaners has NO customer service and their staff if very negative and not friendly. I encourage you to take your cleaning to another dry cleaner location. When I picked them up the second time, they were long enough, but looked like a child did the hem! Now my new jeans look like a crinkled mess at the hem. Besides that, I had to wait a week each time, so two weeks passed, and I ended up with disappointment. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

The dress could not zip and had crystal embellishments around the waist area. I provided the chiffon and satin material should they need it. Reluctantly, she agreed to do the alteration. At first glance I was pretty happy with the results and that I could fit in the dress and hugged and thanked her. Upon closer inspection at home, I realized the alteration was not done in a very professional quality looking way at all. I showed pictures to others who sew and they agreed with my assessment. I don't totally blame the alterations lady because under the circumstances she did what she thought would work best. Although other factors were involved as to why I needed it altered and not just buy a different dress, the moral of the story is if it's a difficult job to perform, then take the "no, I can't do " response given and not try to persuade otherwise! I do like their warm spirit and welcoming attitude so I will consider patronizing them for my cleaning services.
