We decided to do a very expensive chelating test that included collecting urine for 24 hrs. While I was doing the collection I had a question because I didn't have one of the components listed on the directions. I called her office to ask for clarification. I explained the directions called for something I didn't have and without missing a beat, she said, "I don't have time to talk to you." and hung up. She never called back, never followed up, never apologized for her gruffness and I wasted money I didn't have to waste. I was hurt that her persona is a put-on to get you to buy her supplements and treatments. It felt like a slap in the face. I never went back and could never recommend.
