Yes, it is relaxing, zen, super spotless and all the rest but more than that it is preventative and holistic an approach to pain and (let's face it) real life management. The massages are lovely! Both times I have gone my massage therapists have been amazing and I walk away fully relaxed! Cons: Towels in the women's bathroom are no where to be found. You have one in your locker (hopefully) and that's it! They don't have a rack of towels anywhere. Hooks are equally hard to come by. There is no place to hang your robe or clothes while you are in the showers or sauna. The quiet lounge area isn't that quiet. It's small and some don't really abide by the whisper zone. Overall, I would recommend as a local spot for an upgraded winter relaxation day!
