Came in around 6-7 place was near empty pretty quiet, tranquil music in the background. I booked a full body couples massage for $50 each not bad for pricing and got hot stones. Very average massage a bit comforting but didn't leave my muscles feeling relaxed instead made my back and neck sore waking the next day. Definitely wouldn't go back after I left and 4 people quite literally chased me down till I stoped out the door demanding for tip. I repeated that I didn't have anymore money and I apologize but thanks for the service. They instead and said it's a minimum 10 dollar tip, which they did not say or inform me before the service. I payed a $16 dollar tip and they all watched me awkwardly as I left. Weren't rude but definitely passive aggressive. Not recommended read more

Went in and got a massage They demanded payment in advance and afterwards I left a 20 % tip and they looked at it and laughed as if it wasn't enough Very awkward and uncomfortable read more

This place is pretty much an average budget massage place. They advertise full body and foot reflexology massages, but I booked a 1-hr full body and 30-minute foot reflexology, and it turned out to be a 90-minute full body, mostly concentrating on my back. The massage was fine, good value for the price. I noticed a few people say in the reviews that workers made comments about expected tipping. I thought that was strange because I never experienced that pre-pandemic and had been getting massages there for a few years. But this time I did have them make a comment that my tip was not enough for a 90-minute massage. I tipped $14 on a $75 massage, which I didn't think was that low. Especially given I booked 30-minute of foot reflexology that I didn't get. read more

they pressed me to give them a higher tip after i already tipped 20$ for a bad massage I did not enjoy. Causing unnecessary commotion. It was an uncomfortable experience and i will never return. read more

I had a one hour massage this morning with Ada who was WONDERFUL. She was courteous, reassuring to make sure all was well throughout the massage and did a fabulous job! Feeling like brand new. First time there today and will be back very soon! Many thanks! read more

Did a 1 hour couples massage today and I must say, this is the worst massage I've ever received. Not only was the massage bed uncomfortable and had me feeling like I was suffocating the entire massage, the massage itself was terrible. We asked for full body massages, they spent at the very least 45 minutes just on our upper back, then maybe 2 minutes per arm, and less than 10 minutes on our lower body/ legs. Then flipped us over, pounded our legs for about a minute (which included my effin kneecap) and that was it. There was no foot massage and when they massaged our backs, they used there elbows to push up and down our spine. Aside from this massage being painful (and I like a deep tissue massage when it's done correctly) I think these people are inexperienced and honestly a hazard. No one should have that much pressure up and down their actual spine especially from an elbow and they shouldn't be pounding around someone's leg if they can't tell where the kneecap is. I actually had the man in charge (either the owner or manager), so if he doesn't know what he's doing, I don't know if anyone does. I've been to many massage parlors not only throughout New York State but also in different counties (including Asian countieS (emphasis on the s)) and this is the worst massage I've ever had in my life. My spine feels bruised, I'll probably be going to the Dr. to make sure not too much damage is done. I do not recommend this spot. Although it's conveniently located by my home, (that's why we went), there are other spots of similar price that are ACTUALLY good. I will never go back to Far East Wellness again. read more

Horrible experience. Asked for female twice in person as well as over the phone when I made the reservation. Unfortunately, male masseuse showed up. Not once did he introduce himself or explained the situation. I didn't realize it was a male until mid massage. read more

Just had a 1 hr massage as a walk-in. They were courteous and the establishment was clean. I travel the world getting massages as I go and my masseuse was very professional and efficient. Closest therapeutic massage I've had outside of a medical clinic. I'll be back. Also, don't skimp on the tip, their prices are low but quality is high. Good tips insure they retain a good team. read more

Not a lot to look at. The place is basic. But the massage for one hour is $55 and at that price it's not bad. Good enough. Cash is better.

They were amazing. Took my wife here for her birthday to get a nice massage and they made us feel a lot better afterwards. Prices are great! Just make sure you bring a nice cash tip as you will find out they deserve it. Really nice people too as it was our first time ever doing something like this. read more

One of the best massage parlours in Westchester. This place is busy especially on the weekends but must call a day before to make an appointment., sometimes a call ahead on the day of works during the week. Their masseuses it doesn't matter who you get provide excellent service. read more

Avoid if you can. The price was cheaper than the average massage. However, the location wanted us to pay upfront. I was agreeable, but personally that makes it difficult to tip for the service. As I was packing up to leave they followed me out to the front and said don't forget to tip. I asked if I could tip on my card since they made me pay before I got the service and I tip based on how good the services are. Needless to say that for their services they were expecting a 25-30% tip. They then started arguing and yelling at me to tip them more money. I explained tipping by percentage and his response was that I needed to tip them for their time not the cost of service. I explained that you can't force or yell at people to tip. Unfortunately, I won't be back. The massage was 7/10 the ambiance 2/10 customer service 0/10. read more

I've been coming here for 2 years now, and I must say they give amazing massages! I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Clean spot as well. My only complaint is that sometimes depending on the masseuse, some are better than others. I made it a point to always ask for the same two girls. I would recommend!! read more

A friend of mine and I had 60 minute foot massages. They started with about a 10 minute upper back and neck massage while our feet soaked in water. Then a wonderful, relaxing massage of feet and lower legs. The music was lovely, it was very clean, nicely decorated. The masseuses didn't speak English, but that wasn't really a problem. As other reviews mentioned, you have to pay before the massage, but I don't see why that's a problem except that it's unusual. We got really nice massages and left generous tips, I'm sure these women don't make much in the way of salaries. It was wonderful that we could get the massages together in chairs next to each other. We didn't talk but we shared the experience. The value was great. Given how much less expensive it is compared to other places I came with lowish expectations and was happily surprised at what a good experience it was. I will come again. read more

I came here with a gift card for a reflexology massage. the guy was on his cellphone half the time he was giving the massage. I tipped him, and then was told I was required to give more of a tip by the front desk. read more

You better not get sick or have any excuses they will cancel the rest of services you have. Be careful.

I went with two of friends to hang and relax. My friend and I booked the couples massage and the third had the foot and back massage. They said they enjoyed their experience so I guess my masseuse wasn't the best. One good thing is that they do accommodate your request for female or male therapist. This is not my first time getting a message but my first time getting one at this establishment. Majority of the time she did not warm up the oil/lotion that they used and just put in cold right into your body. They kept yanking the towel off with no warning (to the point my friend and I were comfortable because they way would stare as well). But most of all, my masseuse hands were too rough. I told her that it was too painful/hurts and she just laughed and kept applying the same pressure. Now the next day my body is so sore in places I've never been. I essentially paid to be put in pain that I've never experienced before. Personally I will never go again. I wish I got her name to tell you guys not to request her. read more

I got good massage by a male masseur. Maybe I will tell him to put less pressure next time but he hit the spots.

Very very Nice! So worth it, love the place.. my usual go to. Schedule ahead of time so you can be taken in at the time you'd like to go!

Therapists all seem to be well trained and actually provide therapeutic massages. Excellent use of techniques. Clean and comfortable massage table. Lastly, they were able to accommodate a group of 4 on the same day and tried hard to make sure we were happy. Better than many 5 star hotel spas I have been to. read more

My husband and I go here all of the time for the last 4 years. We receive okay massages because it depends on who does it for you. Some are great and some are mediocre. It's a hit or miss. Yesterday I think it will be my last time to go there. It was supposed to be a relaxing self care day for me because I had a long stressful week. The massage went well and the masseuse attended to whatever I asked for and needed, ie reducing pressure when I asked her to. Everything was great until we got to the paying part. I put a $15 tip because that was all I budgeted for and the masseuse had a nasty attitude and demanded more. Just for gods sake i added $5 to make it $20. What if this is all the money I had? You can't force people to tip you anything. We don't have to tip more than we have budgeted and etc. increase the prices or make it a standard sub cost and base on % and time so people know ahead of time how tip important is for you read more

I went to this establishment on a whim/recommendation. Walked in w/o an appt. Told the massage had to be paid cash-np; Was taken immediately. Was lead to an extremely small quarter which was only partioned by curtains. I did request a deep tissue massage. Nothing was explained as far as what I could expect. Coco was the, "masseuse". Did she have credentials...? Too late now!!! Much to her credit, she, "checked in" re: massage tolerance which I appreciated. The massage can be a bit aggressive, but YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER!!! Btw-hot stones added in, but NOT mentioned. I was wiped off at the end of any and all oils-thank you. I'd return to this establishment with specifications in mind! read more

My 2nd time here for foot reflexology. Prior to this was about 5 years ago. The place is basic, nice, clean, but definitely not fancy.... So the lady up front collects payment before service is rendered. Odd.... Anyway, I paid with the card and left the tip portion blank. For me tips are earned, it's not a given. So I had my session. It was good, I was a bit bothered in the beginning as I got a shoulder massage and the guy smelled of cigarettes. Then I got shorted 5 mins of my 1 hr session. Nbd When I walked out, the lady in front had my receipt at the top of the pile as if she was waiting for me to come fill in that tip part, but before I wrote anything she said tips in cash! I told her I don't have cash. She goes okay no problem. So I tipped at 15% actually a little over that for my $40 session. She proceeds to tell me "oh minimum tip for 1 hr service is $10!" I paused and stared at her. Then the guy who did my service said it again as if I couldn't understand her. I looked at him and said tips are optional. He got his upset and stormed to the back. . The NERVE of them! It ruined my whole mood! read more

Steven working the front desk exhibited excellent customer service. The place was clean and well taken care of. Parking was easy. I paid, went in, prepped for my massage; Shortly Yuyu came in. She really took care of me and worked out my knots in my upper back. She did a great job is an understatement. There was not an area of my body Yuyu did not take care of well. The massage was so good I found myself snoring at times because it really relaxed me. I went in for a couple's massage and my wife had Ella. Ella did a great job on her as well. My wife did not snore but she did enjoy her massage much. Looking forward to our next visit! read more

I've been here in the past for a couples massage and the massage was ok. They dig their elbows in in places that they should be more gentle, like your spine. Anyways, this time I had a gift receipt for a facial and couples massage. The facial was whatever, nothing special. The woman left me with the steam on and left the room for 10 minutes. Mostly the facial was them putting different creams on and a face massage. Of the 60 min facial about 20 mins was down time where nothing was actually done. Next was my massage. It was supposed to be a couples massage but they only have one person doing "facials" so they split us up. I get undressed and ready for my massage. The woman pulls my underwear down exposing my entire behind without first telling me shes going to do so which was pretty uncomfortable. She continues with the massage which was pretty good except for putting her full body weight on her elbows into my spine... not only uncomfortable but dangerous. Then a woman comes in and they have a conversation in the makeshift doorway WITH MY BARE BEHIND OUT. On top of all this the place is freezing cold. When we go to leave, despite this I tip 15% to the facialist and over 20% to the masseuse. Two ladies start talking to each other and complain that we didn't tip them enough. Since it seems they are so desperate for money I gave both double the tip and will never see them again. Hope they make use of that money because its the last penny they will ever see from me. read more

Amazing 1 hour couples massage! Added bonus they use hot stones for the back. As soon as we entered the business, we were greeted serenely the ambiance was calming all in its own. Overall, great post COVID-19 massage experience. Wendy took care of me. I had no idea what to expect. I made an appointment online and got in the next morning. Quick response and easy to do. Had temp check at the door. Given sanitizer while masked upstairs. All were wearing masks. I went downstairs with thicker screens dividing clients. There was enough space so this was fine. Only thing I would have liked to know up front was that I would have been on my back the entire time. It worked fine. Wendy applied the right pressure so massage was great. So was the price. Id go back. Thank you! read more

No real privacy just a curtain between you and the people coming in & out of the hallway. Massage was mediocre at best but what really pissed me off was when I left the "manager" demanded that I tip his girl, I said I left a tip on the table & the girl ran back to make sure that I did! I had left a 30% tip which I was tempted to go back to remove a part of due to their attitude! They just lost a possible repeat customer!! read more

I first discovered this place on Groupon and purchased an hour massage. I am so happy to have found it. They are reasonably priced and the massages are great. I suffer from back pain, and Lisa is always able to find all of the trigger points and sore muscles. It hurts during the massage, but after a few days I can feel the difference.
