Haven't been to Alyse in a long time. I used to go every week as.I hurt my back badly at work. She gave an awesome Massage on your pressure points, while telling you what organ was connected where on your body. It was a very cozy space upstairs in an old house. She and Mike expanded and opened a Shop downstairs with beautiful loose stones and Gems. I do believe they are moving if they havent already. Unfortunately I had to stop going as she became way to expensive for me $$$. Check her Website for additional services offered. Its Healing! read more

Fantastic group with great attention to details. Both Alyse and Rochelle have treated me and they each have different but very complementary expertise. They value each client and take the time to understand the issues, start a treatment plan etc. Both of them are remarkable healers. read more

As a fellow suuuuuper picky therapist myself, it's hard to find someone who can effectively relieve my discomfort. Alyse is such an intuitive therapist and energy healer. Her healing hands know exactly where to work the knots out and reverse my pain and improve my posture from hunching over at work all the time. Usually, therapists do a cookie cutter routine and avoid focused work, but not Alyse. Aside from the physical benefits, my mental stress was dramatically reduced and I left feeling completely rejuvenated and balanced. As soon as you walk in, you automatically feel like life slows down a bit and everything smells like heaven. The massage table itself is sooooooo comfortable and has an infrared heated BioMat (which I'm obsessed with!) which is awesome just to NAP on, but combined with a massage..... WOW. I wish I could travel to White Plains from Louisiana more often! read more

Alyse is a gifted therapist! I find it difficult to find someone who has the experience and intuition to effectively apply various treatments beyond what you typically receive with massage therapy. I have some joint and soft tissue issues and going to Alyse has allowed me to manage them more effectively and resume more rigorous fitness activities. I highly recommend her, if you want the blissed out feeling you get from a great massage combined with some incredible healing work. read more

Alyse is a gifted, thoughtful and inspired intuitive and healer. I received card reading from her via video chat to get clarity around some business decisions I've been contemplating. Alyse took the time to explain not only what the cards were saying, but also what Spirit was telling her in regards to my specific situation. I feel so much more at peace and confident about the direction I'm headed in with my business. If you've got questions, Alyse can help you get some answers. read more

Really great massage, decent prices for the area ! Wish it was longer though- felt like not the 60 mins?

Love love love this place ! Alyse is amazing, massages with CBD oil and energy healing are my favorite. The amethyst biofeedback mat is such an amazing add on must to every treatment. read more

I have been seeing Alyse for prenatal massages and it's been great. Not just because of how she fixes my hips and back but also because it's fun to chat with her (but silence also isn't awkward, I am just chatty). I like that it wouldn't be crazy to bring my toddler with me while I get a massage, although I haven't because I enjoy the "me" time. But Alyse has toys and things to occupy kids! I bought a package of 5 prenatal massages which came with a discount. So great and I am sure I will love each one. This is silly but I also love that there's a bathroom on the 2nd floor (Alyse is on the 3rd). As I make my way slowly up the stairs I always think hmm do I need to pee first? And duh, I'm pregnant, so yes. It's convenient! I asked her if she has considered doula training because with her magical hands and calm demeanor she would be a great birth worker. Stay tuned because she is looking into it! read more

I have been writing this review in my head for a while, because it's truly hard to find earthly words to describe what always feels like such a transcendental experience. Meeting Alyse has felt like a blessing. Her energy (calming, while still being edgy and real) and wisdom is like a massage for the heart. When I find myself struggling emotionally (kids, argh) or physically (she cured a headache I had for days!), I genuinely feel comforted by the idea that Alyse is an appointment away. read more

All of the five star ratings are true. Alyse worked wonders on my neck after I woke up yesterday morning stiff and in pain. Today it is nearly back to normal. She is professional, and an all around nice person. The space is quiet and relaxing, and her deep tissue massage sent my brain into dream mode. Definitely recommend, and I will for sure be back! :o) read more

Alyse is amazing. I left her practice so pleased with everything that was said & done. I've recommended friends to her & they've all had a wonderful experience as well. Thank you Alyse! read more

Alyse is really amazing. I recently experienced lower back pain and neck/shoulder pain. She was really good at relieving my pain after hearing my needs. The massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep in 20 mins. One other thing, the location is not really straightforward. It's in the attic of a house. When I arrived at the address, i wasn't sure I should go straight to the door with the fear of entering someone's home. Other than that, everything else was great! read more

Amethyst team are professional, friendly and comforting. I look forward to my sessions and highly recommend them. Their space is very relaxing and welcoming. Thank you for helping me de-stress which is so very important. read more

There are not enough words to describe how much I love Aleyse and Amethyst. She is amazing and cares so much about each of her clients. My husband found her on yelp two years ago and she has been a staple in our lives since. She is patient, thoughtful, and each massage tailors to what your body needs that day. If you're looking for both a wonderful massage and experience, than look no further! read more

Alyse has an inexplicably positive and healing energy about her. As a new mom, I've seen her to help me relax, let go and work out some the pains and strains of pregnancy and raising a small person. The transformation from when I enter Amethyst to when I exit is night and day... she tailors the session to what you need and integrates different techniques, which sets her apart from a lot of other practitioners I've been to. She has an amazing space and super cozy sheets to boot! I can't speak highly enough of her practice. read more

This is a sacred, mindful, and place of meditative serenity I have never found before. The "Theme Park" Massages I had received in the past from Franchises or via Groupon do not hold a candle to Alyse and her awareness of the body and how to disperse the aches and pains that we have settled to live with. I am elated to have found Alyse. She listens, and truly wants to help so that you leave with a sense of a body renewed. This is why massage exists, for at Amathyst, it is an experience, not a non personal mill. I can't say enough about her personality and laughter. Please do make an an appointment as she is very busy with an easy to find location inside a house with other practices and free parking in the back. Alyse may be a bit more then your usual Spa Massages, but you can buy packages that are very affordable. Seek her out...she is a healer extrodinaire. read more

When I walked in there I was skeptical. There are a lot Massage Therapist and those who say they can enlighten you. But this is different. Working with Alyse was amazing she was kind patient gentle and respectful. She let me pick what type of music I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout. During the massage I forgot I was in a massage therapist office (attic) and I felt like I was at home with a friend. If I lived closer I would be there often but since I live a distance away I have to plan out my trips months in advance. The location is quiet and the building it is located in is clean which is good. I do know for sure I am bringing my whole family back there! read more

I have been seeing Alyse for years. She is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone. She puts me to sleep almost every time. Love that! read more

I highly recommend Amethyst Integrative Massage. I have been going there for years. I have back pain, and arm/shoulder pain from working at the computer, and Alyse is the best remedy. She knows exactly where to touch and the right amount of pressure to apply to make a real difference in my quality of life. Sometimes I go (even when I am not in pain) to experience a wonderful relaxing massage. She tailors the massage to what you want at the time. Her studio is very relaxing. She's also a wonderful person who genuinely cares about your well being. Many years ago she worked at the Ritz Carlton. You get a Ritz-Carlton massage at an owner-operated price. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Alyse is the best! read more

What more can I say that hasn't been said here before? Alyse is the kind of massage therapist that you'll want to return to see, you'll save money away to do this regularly/semi-regularly, and you'll want to keep her a secret (just so that she has time in her schedule for your appointment, haha). On a more serious note, having experienced several great and not-so-great therapists over the past 10+ years both on the West and East coasts, I can say that Alyse is a keeper. She helps keep my tension headaches/migraines at bay and I recommend her without any reservation. Her office is a welcoming, a calm and beautiful space for healing and relaxation. You're welcome, just please don't take all of the evening appointments, ok? read more

I had the pleasure of having a massage by Ashley P today. When I got there I got to lay on a Biomat (warm and cozy). The room was very comfortable. I have to say was hands down of the best massages I have ever received. I have been having some low back pain and she worked that area expertly. I walked out of there not feeling the pain I came in with. I will be coming back. Ashley thank you!!!! read more

Ashely P. was incredible. The office space is very nice and inviting and Ashely sat down with me to discuss my preferences for the massage. The table was heated, which is always so luxurious! Between the essential oils, heated towels, and Ashely's very competent hands, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. She really worked out the knots in my back, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I really enjoyed it and I will definitely be back! read more

Awesome, healing massage. Extremely therapeutic. Was able to work my problem areas and leave me feeling relieved and relaxed (others have left me feeling beat up). I highly recommend and will definitely return. read more

Just had a GREAT massage here with Alyse! The space is tranquil...soft hues of lavender and rich, royal purples. The spa was very clean and the owner/therapist was extremely personable. The massage was well done. I felt as if I had the relaxation of a swedish massage paired with the benefits of a deeper tissue massage; Alyse did use a lot of efflurage, but also worked in some specific trigger-point work. Furthermore, she was very knowledgeable and explained to me why certain issues were manifesting in specific areas of my body. Personally I enjoy hot towels and they were incorporated throughout my massage. I especially enjoyed the Dove chocolate at the end of my treatment. I look forward to coming back to this spa! read more

After 3 years still the only place in Westchester I go for massage therapy- and now Alyse has a new "biomat" bed with infrared heat and real amythst crystals. Don't knock it till you try it! Left me more relaxed than ever. Even relieved my swollen joints! The new space is wonderfully-and soothing. read more

See all

Had a wonderful experience here at Amethyst recently. Alyse is an amazing massage therapist. She listened to my needs & paid special attention them and other areas I didn't even know were tense! Within minutes I was at ease, and at the end of my service I was not only relaxed but rejuvenated feeling taller & more enlightened. I highly recommend anyone to experience a massage here. read more

Alyse was so amazing. I would definitely recommend Alyse. She takes the time to find out what you need. She has a beautiful healing room that feels so safe and warm that she does her magic in. It's so relaxing. I felt safe as she worked her magic with her healing hands. I was so relaxed and it felt so good I didn't want the session to end. Book a session, go and you will see how great it is! read more

Alyse was a kind, sweet woman that makes the experience very comfortable and relaxing. Great massage in an intimate setting. Would definitely return :) read more

I would definitely recommend Alyse! She worked wonders on my neck and shoulders! I scheduled an appointment through the website for the Neck and Shoulder 30 min. session. It was great! I've already booked my next session. Thanks! read more

Alyse is a gifted therapist! My massage was one of the very best I have ever received. Her center is lovely and welcoming. She was extremely attentive to my areas of concern but also found some I didn't really know about! I came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Though I do not live in the area, when I am back visiting family I have every intention of seeing her again and again. Thank you Alyse! read more

Alyse is a very good masseur, she adopts the massage individually very well. Both my wife and I were very satisfied after the massage, no sore muscles or unpleasant feelings next day either. read more

Alyse is a fantastic massage therapist. She has a real sense of just how much is enough pressure and she's great at working on any issues that you have with pain or muscle spasms. She is also very intuitive and sometimes my sessions are combination massage therapy and talk therapy. I just trust her and once I am in a relaxed state, things that are brewing beneath the surface just rise up and she always has good advice when that happens. I always leave with a wonderful sense of well being and relief physically and emotionally. read more

A long overdue review... I went in to see Alyse for a massage a few months back. The booking website is really easy to use, and the confirmation email includes all the details regarding parking and how to find the space. The massage itself was absolutely wonderful. Alyse asked what I was looking for and what was hurting, and really did a wonderful job of addressing those issues. She was friendly and welcoming without being too talkative during the session. The space is very peaceful. Highly recommended! read more

I've been looking for an LMT in White Plains. So glad I found Alyse. She is a skilled, sensitive therapist. I've had work done by several. She is right up there. I'm a Reflexologist. I interact with many LMTs and other types of practitioners. Alyse is terrific. read more

I have been to some excellent professional massage therapists before, but I have never left feeling the major difference that I did after my massage here. I woke up the morning before last with the worst pain in my neck and shoulder. Alyse was great at pinpointing where my pain was and working on that area. I would recommend Amethyst Integrative Massage to anyone in the area who needs a massage that actually heals. read more

I had a really great experience with Alyse. Peaceful, calming, and attentive signature massage. Just wonderful!

I had really bad neck pain that had been bothering me for quite some time. I am seeing a chiropractor 3 times a week and was still very tense. Alyse was very knowledgeable, professional and made me very comfortable. She immediately was able to find the knot in my upper back and help alleviate a lot of the tension. I'm am so happy I went and will be going again. I left feeling so much better. Thank you so much Alyse!! read more

Alyse is skilled clinically and gifted spiritually. She's warm and intuitive and at that same time knowledgeable. She is a gift.

Where to start? Alyse a straight forward genuine type of person.... I consider myself as an individual who looks to solve problems myself whether its putting a motor together, excelling in my career, all the way through to fitness and health.... So I look to strengthen my life with regards to becoming the strongest version of myself through experiences and knowledge obtained through research... At this time in my life I have obtained many muscle imbalances through a quacky chiro that I saw one time last year and the visit was just to get a renew feeling... Ever since then my life has been down hill with constant back and neck pain... I have now through many experiences and techniques on my way to a healthier, more functional version of myself... Ok now you may wonder why I have shared my perspective and experience... That is to better help future clients make informed decisions on the type of person they look forward to aiding them in order to better themselves... Now here's my experience... Sunday July 28th I meet Alyse for the very first time... Initially left a message and received a call back the day before to book an appointment... Very easy and smooth process... So as I've been looking to correct my own muscle imbalances (tension mainly to the left side of my body)... Alyse has been the first person that I've seen to actually point out many trigger points and tense locations that I had missed... Now just so we are clear, this is a method that I had recently started researching and practicing... As our session continues she really gets in to a rehabilitation state with my body which you can really admire and appreciate when you understand the basic operations of the muscular system... So as she's working the trigger points over and over you feel the connections to the connecting fibers of all the muscles being released... For simple definition and understanding figure a trigger point under the scapula and when messaged being felt up to the base of the neck... Alyse is a very motivated, committed, & knowledgeable type of person... It is hard now in days to find someone who isn't just about presentation but is about their successful techniques... Like I've said before she communicated effectively on what she is doing and if you ask her specific questions she has more then an answer but a possible root cause of the problem... I'm excited to have found a professional like Alyse who can really apply her techniques... Certain things I would probably have not found out if I had not met this expert... I Believe with her assistance and extra knowledge shared to me, we will soon be having me back to 100%... I can appreciate her precise techniques as I know many others will as well... I wish Alyse the very best and I have no doubt in my mind she will be so successful that if she becomes interested in the near future to venture out & open her own spa or whatever her ambitions are, she will make it in this field... Does she deserve this review? Would I recommend? Is She the type of person that carries the right etiquette and ethics? YES! YES! & YES! Will I go back? WITHOUT A DOUBT! (as soon as I have sometime off to relax lol) THANK YOU ALYSE! See you soon read more
