I show up for my appointment and the lady says I'm not in her book. I show her the confirmation email and she says she has costumers at 10 so I say that's okay my appointment is at 10:15 I'll wait. She then stares at me. So I say "oh are you saying you can't take me?" She said yes we have costumers. So I leave. The upsetting part was my spouse went in to talk to them about the booking and they said nothing. They did nothing to try to switch my appointment, offer a genuine apology or anything. Why offer online booking, and a confirmation if no one will actually check the bookings and confirmations. We drove 45 minutes to Pleasantville to get the treatment (I work in the area and saw it had good reviews so wanted to try it out, so we drove a distance on the weekend). So no real apology, no offering to rebook, nothing. I would've accepted the mistake and rebooked in person, but they didn't even offer that to my spouse or I. They just stared at us and said they wouldn't take me. I wouldn't even bother booking here again. Since I work in the area and all of coworkers knew I would be going here for a scalp massage, I will be sure to tell them don't bother. Many of them said they would try it out if I liked the service.

I have been all throughout lower Westchester for massages, and feel I am somewhat qualified to have an educated opinion. Instead of rebooking the massage, the therapist asked if we could just tag an extra 15 minutes onto the remaining massages. I was kind of annoyed since that's not really comparable, but finding time on a weekday to make an appointment is difficult so I said, okay. Second massage was fine. But the therapist called right before my third massage and canceled as she wasn't feeling well. Then, when I tried to reschedule, I was informed that the therapist was on maternity leave and that they had a male therapist filling in. They did say that I could wait until the female therapist came back from leave to reschedule the final session. And now I have emailed them on four separate occasions to try and book that appointment and no one has ever gotten back to me. They only communicate by email, so I can't even get someone on the phone to discuss.
