I expressed to Faith my physical ailments and areas that I feel pain and tension and she got right to work. The room, ambiance, and Faith all made me feel extremely comfortable for this massage. During the massage, I felt a complete change in my physical being. Faith took her time working on those stubborn parts that needed some extra loving. And let me tell you, you aren't getting a weak little massage. The perfect amount of pressure is used, for real! What set this massage apart from others is that Faith stretched out my limbs. And I mean stretched! Ugh, it felt so amazing. I also loved the essentials oils, which was great for my deep breathing. I walked out feeling tension-free, clear headed, and I felt fluidity in my body movement. I haven't felt this way in months. I highly recommend anyone looking for a masseuse with great energy and expertise to check out this place. Whether you get massages all the time, or only when your body is crying for it (me), you will surely be pleased with the service here. *The establishment is practicing COVID-19 safety guidelines: masseuse wears mask and hand sanitizer is made readily available for visitors.

Instead of rebooking the massage, the therapist asked if we could just tag an extra 15 minutes onto the remaining massages. I was kind of annoyed since that's not really comparable, but finding time on a weekday to make an appointment is difficult so I said, okay. Second massage was fine. But the therapist called right before my third massage and canceled as she wasn't feeling well. Then, when I tried to reschedule, I was informed that the therapist was on maternity leave and that they had a male therapist filling in. They did say that I could wait until the female therapist came back from leave to reschedule the final session. And now I have emailed them on four separate occasions to try and book that appointment and no one has ever gotten back to me. They only communicate by email, so I can't even get someone on the phone to discuss.
