A previous visit left me confused when they denied having a product I had received before. Today, the service was even more frustrating. The technician kept stopping to answer phones, check out customers, and take new clients, which dragged a simple fill in into a drawn out, uneven, and at times painful process. While he did apologize and offered to fix it later, the constant interruptions and poor results left me unhappy. What made it harder was sitting quietly, not wanting to be labeled as the "angry Black woman," even though I knew I should have spoken up. I witnessed another African American customer being dismissed when she voiced her concerns, and it only confirmed my unease. I had hoped for a relaxing spa day to recharge, but instead I left disappointed. I truly hope no one else has to go through the same experience.
